    I ordered this product in November as a Christmas gift for my wife. The delivery date has been moved several times . The latest up date is it will be here 1/13/20. So much for it being a Christmas gift Was told 5 days from purchase date but will end up being about 2 months.

    Replaced an 18 year old GE side-by-side with this model. Love the filtration system but other then that its OK as the features haven't changed much. Disappointed in the noise of the ice crashing into the ice bin also disappointed to see that Bestbuy claims this model is Energy Star Certified, which it is not.

    The refrigerator is "ok". The bins in the bottom cannot hild watwr (they are not a solid piece). Trying to wash and rinse them regularly makes for a wet mess. We haven't even had our fridge 3 years and it already has an acetone smell. We're wondering if freon is already leaking. Our last fridge lasted almost 30 years...they just don't make them like they used to.

    Overall we love our new Refrigerator, although there are 2 things I dislike. The Finish is not what I expected although we can live with it, and the Ice maker does not do a great job dispensing crushed ice. When we first got it we used bag ice because we were waiting for our external water filter( my Choice) as I wanted to filter before the water went in the the refrigerator to help in protecting it from impurities . But when we started using the ice made by the ice maker, the cubes come very fast but smaller so many slip by the crusher blades. Did much better with bag ice , But they recommend not using bag ice. Otherwise Good Buy

    This fridge is the replacement of our old GE fridge which was the same but died on us after 13years. The only reason we got this one is because the last one was reliable. Good fridge for the price. The racks can be adjusted based on your needs. The ice maker and water dispenser is decent.
