Great refrigerator keep stuff cold Fits well into my refrigerator space good lighting

This was a good lower end refrigerator to replace a 15 year old higher end GE frig that wasn't working. I kept some of the shelving from the old refrigerator and they fit perfectly in the new one. I should have kept all the shelves as the high end model had better quality shelves that I could have just transferred to the new one. Delivery and installation was smooth and finished in about 45 minutes.

Nice refrigerator. I have space to fit everything and there are plenty of compartments.

Good product. The drawers seem very flimsy of plastic. Not solid feeling. I had to cut out the bottom of my cupboard trim since the 69” height was not true!!! The center area of the top of the frig bulges up adding another 1/2”. NOT GOOD!!

Over all very satisfied with this purchase. Ice machine keeps making ice after the container is full and over, and wish it was a little more spacious.

So I bought an LG before because they are more modern looking and have more options to choose from. But if you want a good quality refrigerator that will last you then there is nothing like a GE.

I'm somewhat happy with this fridge. The freezer and ice cube dispenser work well, though the size of the ice cubes are too large. Its disappointing that the water dispenser does not release chilled water - you have to manually add (extra large) ice cubes to the lukewarm water to get cold water!! Extremely annoying!! Secondly, the fridge side does not get cold enough and things are just a little colder than lukewarm. Items usually have condensation on them, and just don't feel very cold. The door alarm goes off only if the door is left fully open for a few minutes, and does not work if the door is partially sealed. So, a little disappointed.

Love the no finger prints . Fits perfectly into the area i have. It works for my family

Great refrigerator, love the third drawer for lunch meats, cheese etc. Also has an alarm that sounds if you should leave doors open.

The GE was the best value for the features I desired. It doesn’t have alllll the bells and whistles like some of the other models but I would recommend avoiding any LG based on my last experience and the class action suit.

I rated it 4 out 5 for for the Best Buy buying experience. I needed to exchange. The height listed on bb.com was for the unit to fit into my opening, and did not list the height of the front door. I could not open a cabinet door above the unit. The door height is not listed in the dimensions on the site.

My complaint about your geek squad service was that they couldn’t take the old refrigerator and the microwave oven out the back door without assessing additional charges.

The refrigerator is great for the price, easy to use and looks wonderful in our kitchen

Very good size refrigerator, can fit both large and small items in door.

Since installation, there are black particles in the ice that are unseen until the ice melts. We refuse to use the ice. GE has been to work on this refrigerator more than five times. They have denied the escalation of honoring their warranty. We have unsuccessfully requested BB intervene. Worse of all, we bought the suite of matching appliances. We will likely need to buy a different refrigerator and it will not match the other appliances which cost twice as much, so they will not be replaced.
