    This has been a nightmare that will not end . Not only was the device delayed due to being on back order and no one could tell us why it was delayed. Finally got it in feb of2020 after ordering Nov 2019. Only to get it installed and the water in the door has a drip problem. After 4 tech visits I still do not have a wording fridge and Best Buy has not been willing to help always referring me back to GE. Very unhappy

    Purchased the refrigerator...a month later the ice machine started to jam daily. Had GE out to fix it. They said to use a wooden spoon to clear the jam otherwise we are out of luck and there is nothing they will do. Additionally about once an hour it makes a loud squealing noise and then a “thunk” noise. It was also nothing that they could fix or even cared to hear.

    I love the amount of space of the refrigerator but tends to hum a lot. It doesn’t bother me but I could see how it would annoying depending on the placement of the fridge

    I paid for the refrigerator but it will not be delivered until 3 months from now, making the wait time 5 months and counting. Now I am asked to review it!!!
