I like the tiered drawers in freezer, makes it easy to organize. Frig is roomy & adjustment options. I really like the ice-water on outside, being able to refresh water without opening frig, although you do sacrifice decent shelving on that inner door side.

Good size and cools well but very noisy. It makes grinding noise all night long. I had to return it and exchange for a different brand of refregirator

Great frig. Only thing I don’t like is how hard it is to read the panel on the door.

I like this product and I have not experienced any of the negative review issues some customers had like loud motor noise and ice maker.

Great purchase! The refrigerator has a lot of space and great for when we have bigger pans during bigger parties. I think the freezer handle is a bit flimsy or not as sturdy but great quality overall. I’d recommend this to a friend especially considering the reasonable price for what you’re getting.

It’s been a couple of weeks and we are so happy! The ice maker is a bit small for storage but the overall room is tremendous!

Great Fridge! The amount of space that this fridge has is amazing, it has room for everything, we always have a lot of drinks on hand and there is more than enough room for all different kinds, shapes and sizes, no matter what your preference is.

It works ok, but it is extremely loud most of the time in comparison to other refrigerators I've been around, and when escalated repair was told, that's just how it is. Additionally, the lower drawer handle keeps falling off even though I supposedly got a replacement which turned out to be the exact same one as the one I had before. Also, the ice maker often drips melted ice water.

The shelve adjustment s aren't as friendly as they use to be. I despise that the shelving doesn't allow better spacing as customers desire the spacing. They are more rigid in only able to do certain adjustment - not as flexible - The shelves are not as friendly in the adjustability levels, etc.

The freezer and refrigerator operation has been very very good. I called for service because the icemaker is a problem. It’s hugely noisy! The ice splatter is all over the kitchen floor when I try to get ice and they promised me a service call and no one came on the day they said they would come! I waited all day! Ice on the floor is a slip hazard and worries me as I’ve already broken my arm this month on a slip and fall unrelated to this refrigerator! I certainly don’t want a risk hazard in my house.

Love it. Not in love with French doors. They just don’t feel solid. I m in love with ice and water on the door. Can’t get that with single door frig up top freezer on the bottom. WHYYYY? GE makes a quality product. Always.

It does the job. A very good purchase, happy with it.

Great storage space. I have an open floor plan and I find the refrigerator is a little loud at times otherwise it's great.

So far we love our new GE 25 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator. The Led Lighting makes things easier to find and gives a cleaner look. The ice maker in the door alows more shelf space and is no more noisy than the one in our previous competitor brand french door refrigerator. So very very happy so far!!

The customer service is good. When I ordered the refrigerator I had to buy the waterline even I already have the existing waterline setup. I had to go to the store to return it. The delivery guys without noticing me and left. The office called me saying the entrance not fit to the refrigerator. I had measured the entrance to make sure the refrigerator fit. The delivery guys should communicate to me before leaving. I had to call to rearrange the second delivery and then the delivery was smooth.
