The customer service is good. When I ordered the refrigerator I had to buy the waterline even I already have the existing waterline setup. I had to go to the store to return it. The delivery guys without noticing me and left. The office called me saying the entrance not fit to the refrigerator. I had measured the entrance to make sure the refrigerator fit. The delivery guys should communicate to me before leaving. I had to call to rearrange the second delivery and then the delivery was smooth.

This GE - 25.6 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator was exactly what me and my family needed. Its super spacious and fits all of our groceries.

Everything is great just ice builds up alittle in the freezer.

My wife absolutely loves her new GE. Loves all the neat features.... especially ice/water in the front door. The GE is a much larger unit than what she had. Great price....great service.....professional personnel to work with during our purchase and installation. What's not to like?

We picked this fridge for its size (fits perfectly), the water dispenser, and for the wonderful refrigerator storage. We previously had a side-by-side and this fridge is perfect- love the spacious fridge area and nice freezer storage as well!

Good product works great just wish it make ice faster

Overall a nice fridge. Two things to point out right away though. First, the output of the ice apparently has a very large opening. I've had an ice cube or two not make it into the cup because the opening for the ice chute is so large. Second, the little shelf in the middle of the left door is easy to knock off with your elbow. I've done it twice now when putting something away and the upward motion of my elbow would hit the bottom of the shelf and slide it up and off the door.

I like the interior, the freezer is terrific. I’m most concerned, therefore dissatisfied with a specific sound the refrigerator makes. I don’t know where it’s coming from, but it sounds like a cell phone ringing/buzzing on silent mode. It’s annoying. It’s intermittent. The latch on the ice door inside is a very bad design, I see potentially have it break because my friend has the same frog, and it broke. I’m being careful.

We were pleased with how well it fit the space we had for a refrigerator. The refrigerator cooled done quickly and we were able to use the freezer compartment immediately.

Coming from a 2 door Kenmore, that one seemed quieter, but happy with this model. The bottom freezer takes some getting used to, probably not something I will choose again. I do like the drawers, it has 3, one for veggies, meats, and fruits, so as a guy, it simplifies things.

This unit is exactly what we were looking for. It was a good deal back when it was on sale. Only problem is when left door is opened interior light does not turn on and yes there is a switch and it is supposed to come. Adjustable shelves including ones that are for tall items is good.
