I have 2 replacements in one month without any luck. I trusted bestbuy professional to complete the installation, however, the quality of the refrig. just didn't keep up. So, I return and changed to different brand.

I have absolutely no complaints. It is a lot more efficient layout than the side-by-side it replaced. I was concerned that the iceman capacity might be a problem, but we have not run out of ice once, and we drink a lot of ice water. Although there is occasionally noise from the compressor, We only hear it if there is nothing else running. Radio, TV, nothing has been obscured by anything coming from the refrigerator. It is the perfect refrigerator for us.

Delivery was delayed, canceled after a week, then rescheduled again for more than two weeks after the item arrived damaged. I canceled and bought the same appliance from Home Depot, which delivered in 2 days. Completely lost trust in Best Buy — not recommended for big appliances.

My problem with it is the water filter. Once it is ready to change it stops working. No water or ice. There is no aftermarket so very expensive. Has a rfid code in label to ensure you only use GE. Wouldn't buy again for this reason.
