Bought this for my mom and she loves it. Her room is 10 by 15 and it’s more than enough to cool her room and it’s also very quiet. This AC is also light enough for her to take down on her own if she ever needs to and she likes that it comes with a remote.

Low, soothing , even sound. Easy to install. Cools quickly, only problem I have is the power button is not backlit so I need to turn on the lights if I want to change a setting or turn it on or off at night. Other than that, it's great!

Great Air conditioner! You can install pretty safely and fast! It cooks up a room in no time and eco mode is great as well! We did pick up and the store rep was very nice and ensured we had all we needed! Thank you

Cools the whole downstairs comfortably and the living room is so cold! It’s not very loud and easy to instal! The filter notifies you when to clean it and is easy to pull in and out , I should have gotten a window stand but it does well without it.

The bottom of the unit has short legs/stubs didnt have notches like orher units ive installed but figured thr best positon and once i out the top bracket, closef the window and it held in place. Bow able to cool off the room like i need.

Unit works exactly as I had hoped. The expansion covers on the sides were kind of a pain to install but once they were, they worked well. The unit was also quieter than I expected, so for our bedroom, it was perfect. In my opinion, great "bang for the buck."

Though small, this little window unit has some cold winds behind it. We are currently using it in our master bedroom and it is working just right. It will have to work a little harder on houston hot days, but it will get cool especially once the sun starts setting

Air conditioner works great. It cools down the room fast. I love the remote and delay functions so I can set the air to go on and off when I want. It's quiet and efficient. The washable filter is easy to remove and clean.

This is a great unit, easy to install, works amazing. Even in a bigger room it is still ice cold, definitely worth it!

Central air system broke so I did not have air until it could be fixed. Saw this advertised at local Best Buy and easily and quickly ran in to grab the item. Challenge came when trying to pay for the item. Waited in line much to long at customer service. Additional cash register needed to be opened for the line that was there and/or a manager should have come over to jump in to cash out customers simply looking to pay for a product. Otherwise, product worked great and kept us cool until the central air was fixed.

We faced the unhappy situation of having our Central Air fail (in our 8 year old house) and found that repairs were about 3 weeks out in the midst of a hot spell. As my wife has some health issues, we got this hoping to cool the living room area. It tood care of rhat area, and also reached beyond, helping us survive the difficult time. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but it works great; installation video is incomplete but helpful; I wouldn't hesistate to encourage a friend to pick one up.

Works well. We like the delayed start feature. Not too loud, we have this one in our room and we don't find it Leon us awake or anything. Keeps our room cool for sure.
