Saw this advertised at local Best Buy and easily and quickly ran in to grab the item. Challenge came when trying to pay for the item. Waited in line much to long at customer service. Additional cash register needed to be opened for the line that was there and/or a manager should have come over to jump in to cash out customers simply looking to pay for a product. Otherwise, product worked great and kept us cool until the central air was fixed.

As my wife has some health issues, we got this hoping to cool the living room area. It tood care of rhat area, and also reached beyond, helping us survive the difficult time. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but it works great; installation video is incomplete but helpful; I wouldn't hesistate to encourage a friend to pick one up.

Small rooms only

I inserted incorrectly twice and the whole unit froze up. Light enough for a middle age woman to take out of window independently, and place in a storage bin util the following season. Comes with a remote control which is handy if your sleeping and it gets too cold or warm, you don't have to get out of bed to adjust the temperature, or shut it off.

It cools the room well. I wish I bought the next size up. The room would get cooler. The next size up would be more appropriate for my room size. I was worried that it would be too cold so I got one size smaller
