The only reason I got a four star rating was because the screens that come with the air conditioner for broke, and you cannot order any type of replacement parts.

I inserted incorrectly twice and the whole unit froze up. Light enough for a middle age woman to take out of window independently, and place in a storage bin util the following season. Comes with a remote control which is handy if your sleeping and it gets too cold or warm, you don't have to get out of bed to adjust the temperature, or shut it off.
