    The air conditioner itself works great. The only reason I got a four star rating was because the screens that come with the air conditioner for broke, and you cannot order any type of replacement parts.

    This a/c is working great! I have to lower down the coolness at times because my room gets super cold even when its over 100 F outside! Awesome product and employees at Best Buy were very helpful when I bough it.

    Hooked it up and worked perfectly for what we needed it to do! We placed it into a 180 square ft room and cooled it within 10 minutes! Directions were top notch and it came with everything needed besides tools! Truly recommend this unit if you have a medium room to cool!

    Have same BTU Frigidaire in bedroom, this unit is quieter, colder, cools my living room quite well..even on eco mode, set at 71 degrees, keeps entire room 72., very pleased.
