    Not a fan of window units but this one has gone above and beyond for the job! We got it when our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. We don't have an issue cooling our small house now. Able to sleep at night, makes all the difference!

    It works well enough but takes some time to cool off the room. The front vents only go side to side, but wished they would also aim up and down.

    Even on low cool it wil have you shivering in. 90. ,degree plus outside temps. Money well spent I actually bought 2.

    Cools a bedroom well; fan is quiet. Asa reminder this particular unit is NOT wi-fi capable. I actually bought two units, a 12K and the 6K...the 12K is wi-fi enabled so I thought the 6K was as well since the selection was available on the same page. My fault I didn't read all of the specs for the 6K, but the non-wi-fi needs to be better identified if it is a selection on the same page as the wi-fi capable units.

    This AC was decent at best until one day I woke up and the filter light was on. Thought it was strange because I don't think I had the AC installed even a month yet. I removed the filter to clean it, but it would not fit back inside. I got it back in after hours in the heat but the AC would not work. It'd turn on, and looked on but nothing happened. My uncle fixed it somehow but still how annoying, I won't ever remove the filter again. The AC is very loud. But at least it has a remote.
