Window inserts are awful! Im not even sure if mine are in correctly, they are very odd. A bit loud but that’s only when you are cooling so whatever not unexpected. The fan has a nice white noise sound to it and the swing is a cool feature. Would recommend as a buy if you are in the market for a no frills cooling machine.

Got it when our AC went out over the summer. It was able to cool our room, and our daughter's down the hall, well enough to make it comfortable for sleeping. It is a little loud, but that's a trade off for this type of unit. Tip: wrap the exhaust pipe with bubble insulation, so it doesn't put off heat back into the room you're cooling.

Really like this unit. Very portable and easy to use. I wish the hose was a bit smaller, and the unit could be a bit less noisy, but after a while, the noise becomes more of white noise.

Got this because our heat pump went in the hottest days. This was in our bedroom which kept it a nice cool 71 degrees when the rest of the house was 90. Easy to set up. Was a lifesaver!!!

Easy to set up and operate. Main drawback is the panel and hose attachment that fits in the window. Not very adjustable and must use tape or foam to seal the edges

My room is 12 ft by 12 ft. This unit does a great job in keeping my room cool. Just two this that have to be said. It’s noisy, like all ac units. And two, the hose is big and bulky.

Good price and very user friendly. Take out the box plug it in and it works. I didn’t have to hook it up to a hose. I just empty the canister when it’s full time

My apartment was in the 90’s for a couple crazy hot days so out of desperation I bought this air conditioner. I thought it was too expensive but it was all they had left and I’m unbelievably glad I bought it. It cooled my apartment down in a matter of hours. It isn’t too loud and I love the auto feature. I also like that it tells you the temperature of the room while it’s powered off. I highly recommend this A/C unit! It was honestly worth every penny.

Does what it says and does it well. One feature I like of this that no other AC unit I've owned has, is that when you turn it off, it continues to blast out the rest of the excess heat through the pipe for 5-10 seconds to ensure the heat doesn't leak into the house. How you connect the exhaust pipe to the AC unit is absolutely awful, and is pretty much "Break it until it fits". There's probably some easy innovation that can be done to make this part much less frustrating.

I have this in a small bedroom and it works great. I do wish it wasn't so loud in AC mode. I like Fan mode best from a noise standpoint. Something told me to buy some window foam strips to help seal cracks and I'm glad I did since this came with none. Overall I'm pleased with this unit.

Would been a 5 star but had to use a different window kit . Overall great little air conditioner. Paired with a ceiling fan room stays cool.

This unit does a good job cooling my master bedroom. It also works well when set on the Dehumidify setting to lower humidity. What doesn't seem to work well is running it in A/C mode and having it remove humidity at the same time. Overall, it's making sleeping much more comfortable. I do wish the fan would continue to operate when the compressor shuts off (this happens when the temperature reaches the desired setting). Having the unit completely shut off, then come back on, tends to wake me up.

A bit noisy under cool and dry mode, is quieter under fan mode. Overall worth the money. Super easy to set up. Had it up and running in 10 mins.

Good portable ac. Bit difficult to install if window is higher but good cooling during heatwave and 100 degree days. Auto timer saves energy.

Single hose portable air conditioners will never cool as well a window unit or wall unit but sometimes it’s the only option. It cools a small room decently well. Noise is tolerable as long as the compressor isn’t kicking on or off. I wish it came with foam weatherstrip which is practically required if you want to keep the heat outside. The remote and timer settings are nice.

Easy to set up and cools the room rapidly. The listed cooling power & room size recommendations were spot on. I also measure the noise level with a decibel meter and it also checked out. Loud enough to have to turn up the TV, but quiet enough to have a normal conversation or to sleep.

This air conditioner was a true life saver. Being hot in this weather while pregnant was really hard and felt like no air was satisfying. This air conditioner made a huge difference and the bedroom felt like the bedroom had its own central air.

Purchased this for our huge bedroom, when purchased, the website said up to 500 Sq Ft, that was not accurate. It does it's job to help keep our bedroom cool in the summer. Easy to set up and easy to use. Would buy this product again, but make sure the Sq Ft was more.

Works nicely.. I slapped a little clear gorilla tape to secure the tube to the screen window and cover any sliver of space between slats and trim..not as noisy as I had expected-and I’m a lite sleeper. Remote comes in handy in the middle of the night if it gets too cold,
