Works really well! Cools my whole room in about 10 - 20 minutes. I have only used it on 90 degree days. Love it and going to buy another one for sons room. The window kit is a little tricky but that might just be due to the height of my windows.

Because it is a GE... i expect it to run efficiently as GE Has been in the industry for decades . And it does... unit is small and perfect for a room size. Cooling wise. Yes! Sometimes i set it on low at night, cause it gets cold. Swing mode is a plus.

Bought it for a small bed room didn’t know it’ll be so loud. Initially when you turn it on you think it’s fine. But then it’s starts buzzing ridiculously loud. I’m not planning on turning this up higher than low. You’ll lose your hearing this machine. I’ll probably sell it or gift it so someone in a year or so It’s ok as a ac unit tho it cools but it’s loud.

I’m a big fan of this portable AC. I have another one from a different brand, but this one is smaller and more portable. The wheels came attached. It makes the room ice cold quickly. I’d buy another one in a heartbeat. Great value. Great product.

The unit smells. Not sure if it's because it is new. It work great. I live in California and when the heat wave hit the unit was able to keep the room at a fair 75ish temperature. The room is less than the 250ft. I set the unit on one corner but the unit isnt strong enough to cool the entire room to the 75ish degree. The opposite corner is warmer by some degrees. I would recommend getting something stronger around 10000+ btu.

Great purchase for working from home. Its not perfect but the pros outweigh the cons. The exhaust pipe doesnt seal perfectly to window attachment, but I use tape to block any holes. Doesnt need it, but on hot days I want it do exhaust all the hot air out and not in my room. The fan is on the louder side, even on low setting, not a problem during the day, but I do wish it was quieter at night, for those nights that stay hot outside. I can put up with it, because its better than not being able to sleep because its too hot. It also helps if you have another fan in the room to help it circulate the air. For a budget AC it is worth it, it works very well, worth every penny. I used it basically every day during the summer months.

This thing definitely does the job. My room was over 90° when I hooked it up. It got to my desired temperature in a couple of hours. It can be loud to some but I grew up using a window unit so it reminds me of that. It is worth the price.

We bought this portable air conditioner but returned it before using. We will but another one when summer begins. Considering buying this one again. It was not a bad size and seemed as though it would to do the job if used.

This is a very handy air conditioner to own. It cools my room in about 15 minutes. Its a little loud but its worth the benefits. You hook the hose into the bracket in the window and your ready to go.

Great for small spaces, quiet, easy to use and cools small spaces quickly.

I purchased this unit for my daughter's room to prevent running the central air throughout the entire house while sleeping. This unit works amazing. easy to use and cools quickly and quietly. great unit.

Have a small bedroom. Works well. A little bit loud when on full blast.

This unit works great for our bunkhouse. Wanted something that was easy to install and would work with our weird windows. The sound is not too loud, has auto shutoff and doesn't take up a lot of space.

We've used it about six times during recent heat waves, and so far are happy with this purchase. It cools our bedroom down enough to get relief. Would have liked the hose to extend more so it could reach our older windows easier, The window adapter didn't quite fit correctly so we used foam pipe insulation around the edges to help seal out the outside air.

I like it, little noisy but is ok . Perfect for and small room.

Easy install. Cooked medium sized bedroom just fine. Good features for the money. Great if you can’t use a traditional AC unit. Used with horizontal sliding windows and worked great.

Works as expected! It cools my in-law's room in minutes. I like how it does not occupy too much space. Perfect for a small room. It's not that loud also. No problems with it so far!

The ac works fine but it really is not worth the price - you would be better off spending an extra 50-100 dollars on another portable ac unit. The exhaust hose is complete trash - you have to be extremely careful when moving it or when connecting it to the window plates because it will tear easy. The adapter is very bulky and difficult to get into the window plate. The window kit in general is cheap, so it does not matter that the instructions for setting it up are not clear, because you are better off buying another window kit. Walmart and amazon have the window kits for a good price and they are a lot nicer than the one that comes with this ac. If all other ACs are out of stock then get this but be prepared to buy a new window kit and maybe exhaust hose.

Home A/C having problems but we needed to cool down our bedroom at night to sleep. This unit was just right for the job. It cooled the room efficiently and kept it cool. Now it's in my home office. Full windows on the west side of the house and the room heats up during the day - even with the A/C running. Again, does a nice job.
