I really like the design. It is very user friendly in that the glass shelves and the deep, clear door boxes make things easy to find. The temperature controls are easy to use and accurate. The retractable shelf helps organize tall items. The ice maker is very easy to access in the freezer drawer. This refrigerator replaced a similar 15 year old GE refrigerator that stopped freezing. Unfortunately the first replacement had issues but Best Buy immediately replaced that replacement. I am very happy with the customer service and with my new refrigerator.

Nice big fridge. I was looking for something that had good interior space, ice maker in the freezer and water inside the fridge. Many industry reviews stated that the ice maker and water dispenser located in the door are common repairs but I still wanted the feature. The ice maker works good and so does the water. The only problem is the water dispenser doesn't give much clearance so it's almost impossible to put anything except a regular cup. Even mugs are too thick to fit. I don't know if that's an installation flaw or if the design is meant to be that way. The interior space is massive. I can fit a full size baking sheet sideways or 2 13x9 glass pans. I wish there were more options to fit tall items in the door. The door shelves are good but you can't really customize them. The door alarm is cool and I'm realizing how often my family was leaving the door open, which was probably why my old fridge broke, lol.

My GE refrigerator looks good and works great. The size plus the space inside is perfect for my size of the family. I enjoy having the icemaker in the freezer and not on the door. The only downfall is the water spout that’s inside the refrigerator. It is hard to aim it. Other than that it’s a great Refrigerator to purchase. I would definitely recommend it.

I’m thrilled with my GE 27.0 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel! Its sleek, fingerprint-resistant design looks fantastic, and the 27.0 cu. ft. capacity easily holds all my groceries. The internal water dispenser is convenient, and the adjustable shelves, deli drawer, and bright LED lighting make organization a breeze. Dual evaporators keep food fresh longer, and the two-tier freezer is spacious and efficient. It’s quiet, energy-efficient, and has precise temperature controls. This fridge is a perfect blend of style and function—highly recommend! Five stars!

I'm very happy with this refrigerator, which is attractive and quite functional. It's very quiet and holds a lot in a way that makes it easy to see things, even when full. It has everything that's needed at a very reasonable price. Having water and ice dispensed inside rather than through the door leaves much more room for food. The interior ice maker keeps a bin in the freezer full that is easy to access and to take out to fill a cooler. A couple design quibbles: --The plastic 'straw' through which water is dispensed inside the refrigerator is a bit too short for comfortable ease-of-use; fixing minor flaw this would be a useful, design improvement (other reviewers have also mentioned this). --The lower part of the freezer section is just a tiny bit too shallow for a frozen pizza box to stand upright (at least the brand I use), so it has to lay down flat across the bin which is awkward.

This fridge its pretty simple from out side (thats what i like) but from inside its AWSOME! Cool down my food faster and i like so much the way make ice and save them!!! My sister had another one since 2018

It works great so far. Love the stainless steel look. The capacity is perfect for us. We love all the shelves in the doors. It’s more convenient for storing items. The freezer has just enough space for everything

I will begin with the delivery: nothing short of amazing!! They were on time (and in the early part of my window, so I did not even have to miss anything today!) They were super efficient, and when we ran into a little snag, the tech came up with a solution THAT WORKED, and we were back in business! It's because of service like this that I will not even CONSIDER anywhere but Best Buy for appliances!! Now, the item itself: so far, I absolutely LOVE it!! Looks awesome, nice and large. Lots of room for all my groceries!! This is just the first piece of my kitchen upgrade, and I honestly cannot wait for the rest (bit by bit). Would recommend a million times over!!

It’s got allllll the space… this is the roomiest fridge I ever owned and am very pleased with it. The whole buying process was efficient and it was delivered promptly when expected. This fridge was actually quite easy for me to set us myself as well, so don’t let the technology scare you- it’s ‘plug and play’, really. And the hidden water dispenser is awesome, far less messy than the in-the-door type.

Love this fridge! The stainless finish wipes clean without streaking making it so easy. I love the way the ice empties into a handy bucket, and the freezer and the fridge are both so roomy. Plus, it’s gorgeous!

I received this fridge on Black Friday 2024 actually. A few days of owning it we noticed some leaking from the freezer and the freezer was frosting over. Come to realize it’s just the way the freezer door closes… for the cost of this fridge the freezer door should close correctly every time. Now every time we open the freezer we make sure it’s secure. Pretty disappointed that this is an issue… otherwise the fridge is great and we have more space than needed and it’s easy to organize. Maybe I’ll find a solution to the freezer door issue. We will see. But based on that problem, for the price… I don’t think I’d recommend this fridge. Quality is important when you’re spending $1500(on sale) for a fridge that is usually priced around $2500 with the installation kit, this shouldn’t be an issue.

I could not be more pleased with my recent GE refrigerator purchase from my local Best Buy! The store staff helped me find the perfect model online at the store and then went on to help with the actual purchase. Not only did I receive a great deal, but I also chose Best Buy over other retail stores because I received a two year purchase warranty, plus free delivery and haul-away of my old refrigerator because I am have a Best Buy Total Tech membership. The staff member found a model that was in stock and my delivery was exactly as promised!

After doing tons of research I landed on this fridge. Its a good, trusted brand by refrigerator experts and repair people. It has an internal water dispenser and an ice maker in the freezer which means fewer repairs in the future. It has tons of space and looks great. Would highly recommend.

I did a lot of research and ended up with this fridge. I wanted a good (hopefully reliable), relatively simple, large, french door fridge that wasn't too expensive. I previously had an LG that I liked but it died after 8 years. I often read, "don't buy LG (compressor issues) or Samsung (many repair techs don't want to touch them)" I just think sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't, but I did steer away from those brands. I like this fridge so far, plenty of room, ice maker works fine and ice is a good size, not too big. I don't use the in-door water dispenser much since my sink is filtered but it seems to work fine. You do need to actually close the doors, as opposed to gently pushing them and them closing on their own. Not a big deal but different than my last fridge. The freezer doesn't feel as sturdy when I open it compared to my last fridge, but no problems with it so far. I have had it for about a month and so far so good - but the main test is it's durability long term. Crossing my fingers!

I have it this refrigerator since last year. Me and my family happy about this purchase and it feet’s perfect and everything works good!

I recently had to order a new fridge after 12yrs... I originally had a side by side and was okay at first going with another one but decided to upgrade to the french door bottom freezer... I'm so glad I did... I really, really do love it... I love the look of it and I love how much more roomy it feels inside... Having the what a dispenser inside of the fridge has some getting used to, but i'm not mad about it... Overall I would definitely recommend it...

We love our refrigerator, we needed a larger size than the older frig we had. The ice maker is very convenient and has an ice water dispenser. Everything you need for a family, large storage, icemaker and cold water.

As a new homeowner I love my fridge! One top thing that I LOVE is the water dispenser! It does not take room at all it just has a hose and a button on the side and water just comes out! The shelf’s on the fridge you can move around to your liking and the cool thing is one of them you push inside and it gives you more room for your milk, orange juice etc. anything that it’s on a gallon it fits perfectly you don’t have to lay them down. I love how I can separate my cheese away from my deli meat. Where I put my veggies separately from my fruits and it even has a label where it’s asking if it’s veggies or fruits! The door shelf’s good room as well I don’t have to struggle to fit anything there. Now the freezer it has to shelf’s as well! One you can push and you can see the deep one where you can fit meat in there and other one I use for icee cream and popsicles! The ice maker you can turn it on or turn it off all up to you! I do not regret my buying my fridge! Really recommend it!

Never thought I’d be so happy with an appliance!! I love this thing. It’s huge. Very sleek and I like how the water is inside and not the door. The only downside is that the button slips and we have to keep pushing it. Could probably be improved with a larger button.

The Refrigerator is about everything I could ask for. My only criticism is more options on how to position the shelving in the doors. But it works like a dream. I don't know if I would pick this particular model again but I definitely will be going with GE again!
