Condenser fan came loose after 1y 6m. Fan blades are being eaten up because they are rubbing against the framing around the fan.

Love the freezer at the bottom. The doors are very easy to pull open. I have enough space for many water bottles and sodas. Also, the doors can hold gallon containers. I am really glad I made this purchase. It provided me with an affordable upgrade to a more modern fridge.

We are sure enjoying this refrigerator. It is simple. Lots of room in the lower freezer. No outside water or ice dispenser to worry about drips. Inside water dispenser for water has a hose that is to short to practically use.

We’ve have the fridge for almost a month now and it’s everything I wanted. We noticed the nozzle for the interior water was very short. So I took an older straw from an amusement park, cut it and husband slid it on top of the nozzle. Now you can actually put any glass or pitcher under the nozzle and get cold water without a mess.

Love it! The internal water and ice dispenser is so much better than the ones on the outside! They take up too much room in the door!

love this refrigerator. Previously had an LG which had alot more features but they kept breaking. this has eeverything i need. ice cubes are the right size and just open the door for water.

It’s a very nice refrigerator. I haven’t got a chance to plug it in yet, but it looks very spacious and well planned.

I purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy and had it delivered on 8/30/2025. The freezer drawer had two dents and a scratch immediately upon delivery — clearly damage that happened before it ever made it into my home. I reported the damage right away and have spent weeks trying to resolve this with Best Buy chat and phone support. I was repeatedly told that because I am past the return/exchange window, “nothing can be done” and was even advised to drive to a store with photos. This is not a warranty issue, it’s a delivery damage issue, and Best Buy has refused to take responsibility. I now have a brand-new refrigerator with visible dents that I paid full price for. I expected much better from Best Buy when purchasing a major appliance. If you buy from them, inspect your appliance thoroughly before the delivery crew leaves — because if you find damage later, Best Buy will not make it right.

We upgraded from a much smaller fridge and the first thing we noticed was how much bigger this fridge was! It fits great in our space too. We love it!

Love this fridge, has lots of space in both the refrigerator and the freezer. Cools great and was easy to set up.

I could not be happier with this refrigerator. Bright, very spacious, sleek looking (albeit massive), flexibility of use (moving shelves). And I love having the freezer at the bottom! Life changing. The compressor is a bit high pitch right now, but I am already getting used to it.
