I could not be happier with this refrigerator. Bright, very spacious, sleek looking (albeit massive), flexibility of use (moving shelves). And I love having the freezer at the bottom! Life changing. The compressor is a bit high pitch right now, but I am already getting used to it.

This refrigerator is great, it’s cooling, has lots of space. They say three is a charm so far so good.

I purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy and had it delivered on 8/30/2025. The freezer drawer had two dents and a scratch immediately upon delivery — clearly damage that happened before it ever made it into my home. I reported the damage right away and have spent weeks trying to resolve this with Best Buy chat and phone support. I was repeatedly told that because I am past the return/exchange window, “nothing can be done” and was even advised to drive to a store with photos. This is not a warranty issue, it’s a delivery damage issue, and Best Buy has refused to take responsibility. I now have a brand-new refrigerator with visible dents that I paid full price for. I expected much better from Best Buy when purchasing a major appliance. If you buy from them, inspect your appliance thoroughly before the delivery crew leaves — because if you find damage later, Best Buy will not make it right.

Giving the refrigerator a 4.75. Absolutely love this thing with the exception of picking up fingerprints extremely easy. Scratch protection needs improvement as it seems fingernails can scratch it very easily as well. Otherwise quiet and bright. Love the chime when the door stays open to long.

Have had this fridge for a little over a month it’s loud and the freezer continues to over frost have reached out to customer support and haven’t really had a good experience fridge seems to be working okay though!

Love our new fridge! Has lots of room and easy to organize.

Best Buy sent it with a dent in the door. Delivery guy and I both took a picture of it to show it was sent damaged. Best Buy offered no solution and had Customer Support just make me call different Customer Support lines and talk in circles. I would not recommend using Best Buy for any purchases. I offered to install a new door myself, and Best Buy said they can't send any parts. Makes no sense.

Love this fridge plenty of room for everything we need

Just what my family needed for a fair price. Delivery and installation was done quickly and without any problems.

Would have like to have a outside ice dispenser, but wasn't a deal breaker being we didn't use it that much.

We are truly enjoying our new fridge! It’s hard to beat GE appliances.

Not satisfied w the design and condensation inside the unit. My fridge was sold to me defective with the suction on the door not closing entirely. I’ve had multiple service calls to GE and have lost food and can no longer return the fridge and remain unsatisfied.

Ge refrigerator has design issues on the door handles and they keep falling off. Specially the freezer door! Servicemen came fixed it multiple times and they said it’s a bad design. Replacing it handle won’t help, but they just to do it. Waste of money and cheap design. Most of their refrigerators are on recall list due to the same issue!

I can’t say anything regarding the ice maker because I still need a water line ran to the fridge, but the space this thing has is incredible. I work in beverage sales and often have to store cases of cans and bottles along with our food, and I haven’t had a storage issue once. Everything is kept cold and organized. The running noise can get a little loud at times, but never to a point of annoyance. It’s only temporary. The depth isn’t too overwhelming in our smaller kitchen, and that was a huge factor in choosing this fridge. GE is also a reputable brand that a repair specialist will actually service. LG and Samsung are usually avoided by repair shops. I’m very happy with this big purchase.

It's so hard to rate appliances right away; however, as of now this fridge has been an excellent upgrade. It has so much space, I enjoy the water spigot on the inside to get more space as well. Ice maker has been working good as well. The only thing is you have to have two free hands to get water as it doesn't come out with applying pressure with the cup below.

I love everything about this fridge! It is very spacious on the inside! It has plenty of shelves on the doors for condiments and drinks, and also climate controlled fruit/veggie bins. The freezer is also very roomy! We don’t plan on hooking up the water, so this gives us even more space. In addition, it is just beautiful! Very happy with our purchase! (Delivery was on time and the delivery men were courteous)
