I couldn’t be happier with my GE 27.0 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator. The first thing I noticed is just how spacious and thoughtfully organized the interior is. Between the wide shelves, deep door bins, and full-width drawer, there’s room for everything — from meal-prep containers to party platters. The internal water dispenser is a fantastic feature. It keeps the exterior clean and sleek while still giving me easy access to fresh, cold water whenever I need it. Plus, the Stainless Steel finish looks modern, is fingerprint-resistant, and really elevates the look of my kitchen. It runs quietly, cools efficiently, and keeps produce fresher for longer. The LED lighting is bright and makes everything easy to see at a glance. Overall, this refrigerator has exceeded my expectations in both performance and style. If you’re looking for a reliable, roomy, and beautifully designed fridge, I highly recommend this GE model!

A little loud, but its a simple design so its reliable. Nothing fancy, but does the job. Very spacious because the ice maker in in the freezer drawer. Loads of space in the upper fridge compartment. Love the adjustable baskets on the door.

Easy install. Very spacious. Great product. Easy to clean and looks much nicer than the plain white fridge we had before.

I love this refrigerator. It is spacious and well organized. The shelves adjust to fit all different sizes of items. The pull out drawers are great for produce and flat items like cheese and lunch meat. The ice maker is in a great location, making it easy to get freshly made ice. I like that the freezer section is divided into deep drawers and shallow shelves. I like it so much that when my previous fridge was in repairable, I replaced it with the exact same one.

I love my fridge! It’s larger than I thought it would be. Keeps my food nice and cold. The refrigerator is spacious and quiet. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new fridge!

I purchased this refrigerator as a replacement for our old side-by-side unit, and it was delivered on June 26, 2025. At first, I was really impressed with the internal space – it’s well-designed and holds significantly more than my previous fridge. We don’t use the water dispenser, so I can’t speak to that feature. Unfortunately, about a week after it was delivered, the fridge started making a very loud noise once a day. Now, it’s happening two or three times a day, including in the middle of the night, and the sound is deafening – it honestly sounds like something is about to break. I contacted customer service but was told they are closed on weekends, so I’m waiting until Monday to follow up. If this noise is normal for this model (which I really hope it’s not), I would not recommend this fridge. It’s frustrating and disruptive, especially during nighttime hours. I’m hopeful this is a fixable issue, but as of now, my experience has been disappointing due to the noise problem.

Nice big fridge and freezer. Love the huge ice tray. Our in the door ice maker on our previous fridge could never keep up. Only thing I don't love is the water dispenser being in the fridge, works fine just didn't think about how you havw to stand with the door open while filling big tumblers.

Right size for my kitchen. Love the inside filtered water dispenser and that it makes ice in a drop tray in the bottom. Very happy with my purchase

The fridge is awesome! Major space, compartments...all great. However, delivery was sketchy. The guys took off my front door, my closet door. It wasn't like I had an industrial fridge delivered. They left with the doors back on, but not completely hooked on. The fridge was left still covered in plastic and the drawers were still wrapped. After they left, the freezer drawer felt like it was jumping the tract before it closed. I called Geek Squad and they came out. The problem was that the screws on the freezer door were put in the backwards. It took the guy 10 minutes to fix. Apparently the delivery was done by a third party group. So the fridge gets 5 stars....the delivery 1.

Absolutely love this fridge. Looks great in my kitchen. I appreciate the chime noise if the door is not completely closed. It's a nice big size. I like that I can take out the shelves, including the glass, to clean it. Only small complaint, I had to distance the position of the fridge away from the wall to have the doors open wide. So on both sides of the fridge, you will need a lot of space to be able to open both doors. There is a small scratch on the door handle from when it made contact with my cabinet that was left open. I haven't tried to figure out how to get that scratch to disappear.

We have had this refrigerator for a little over 4 months now and are generally very happy with it. There is excellent storage space in both the refrigerator and freezer. The ice maker works great and we really like being able to easily turn it off when it is full. We only have two issues: this refrigerator has a noisier generator than we are used to and because we have an open concept house, the sound can be a little annoying. We agree with other commenters that the inside water dispenser is awkward. We did place a re-sized silicone straw over the dispenser spout to make it easier to fill our glasses. The button to dispense the water takes a fair amount of pressure to use and that makes things a little uncomfortable, especially since the water flow isn't very fast. Over all, though, we are very happy with this refrigerator.

Overall the refrigerator is working well. It would help if the ice bin was adjustable to allow more room for frozen goods and the fruit and vegetable bins each would have access with one front door. Keeps all food at great temperatures in the different areas.

Love the fridge, larger space than my old fridge but fits more snug in the space. Does have a loud humming sound for the first couple of days but it goes away. The freezer is a little tight and doesn't close smoothly, def needs a little push as you fill it up.

Roomy Refrigerator, little noisey but a good item for the price. The handle on the freezer section has already slipped off once, but I'm sure there's a fix for that as it snapped back on as easily as it came off. I personally like NOT having the water dispenser in the front. It's on the inside and gives a more sleek appearance.

Awesome fridge. Customer service and delivery was on point. Love Bestbuy Samsung refrigerators. They last and look great. Will buy again from Best Buy! Great prices, too!

Overall I love this fridge. I like the sleek look of the front and all the room inside. The water dispenser inside annoys some people but I really like it. The ice maker makes a ton of ice which is probably my family's favorite feature.
