We purchased this GE unit to replace a Samsung unit that had a bad compressor. The unit has functioned well and has good storage capacity. The ice maker works well and both the refrigerator and freezer sections maintain a good temperature. We like the French door layout. We would recommend this unit.

A good-sized, quiet refrigerator, with great lighting. Interior drawers have easy access. The drawer for the ice maker is small, and removing it is cumbersome at best. Adding an ice tray in the freezer section would be a good option if a lot of ice is needed.

Love the fridge! It feels so big and the lights inside are super bright. The shelves are adjustable so you can actually use all 4 shelves and still fit tall drinks under the shelf which is nice because most fridge's you have to remove a shelf. Fridge would get 5 stars but best buy makes it have 4 stars because parts were missing that they never stated were missing and they cant order them so they just gave a small compensation back. Which is nice but the part I need is not a part you can even order from the company so we had to figure that out ourselves

The refrigerator is working fine. The handles are staying on. I read other reviews about the handles. No issues, Oct 30th. The only drawback is that when getting water from the water dispenser, it does not offer a drain pan. I purchased a drip holder from Amazon. Forgot to mention it was higher than stated, I need to have my cabinet shaved down a bit to fit into space.

Looks Excellent. Feels well made. Space Excellent. Door Ice maker good for two people only! I added the optional freezer Icemaker, and now have plenty of Ice. overall score 4.7

Very happy with the refrigerator. It's 2cubic feet larger than the refrigerator we replaced. A lot of space. Water dispenser is better than the replaced refrigerator. A water pitcher fit on the tray without having to tilt to fill. Freezer is much larger on the new refrigerator.

We love this refrigerator. It's an awesome unit. Pretty quit unit when running and lots of room.

The fridge is very spacious but the only design flaw I don't like is that you have to really slam the doors shut to close it because if you don't force them closed, they will pop right back open. Besides that, everything else is great.

It’s a great machine. Quiet, ice maker is dependable, ample storage space and exterior is very easy to clean.

Our unit (installed 2/2023) takes forever to cool down food and doesn't maintain set air temperature at all. We have had it serviced to no avail. No problems founds. If you get this model refrigerator, be sure to put a nice quality temperature monitor in it. We have a commercial wireless refrigerator monitor and set at the lowest setting (34), our fridge fluctuates between 38.5 and 44f, which is entirely unacceptable. No food in the fridge ever gets below 38.5f. The tech said this model can only cool EITHER the freezer OR fridge at any one moment, and the compressor power is only 85 watts average draw. Based on this, you really only have 40 watts of average cooling power in the fridge which simply is not enough cooling capacity. Very disappointed and will likely have more attempts at warranty service. Two days wasted so far. Consumer reports rated a PREVIOUS VERSION of this model, not the version we bought and it's definitely inferior now.

Very easy to store all food types.Love the water and ice cube dispenser.Well lit so finding food very accessible.Plenty of room in the freezer which allows for an abundance of storage..Very clean stainless steel lines and appearance.Very tight seals on the doors.All told an excellent product.

This GE refrigerator is great.....looks nice in stainless steel, has lots of space in both refrigerator and freezer sections and is fairly quite (other than dropping the ice and refilling the ice maker)....highly recommend.

We got this fridge to replace a Samsung that we got sick of repairing. It is very quiet when running. I’m not crazy about the way the shelves are laid out. We can probably change that, but I wonder how much space I’m giving up if we do. This fridge is only about .3 smaller than the Samsung but seems like it holds a good bit less. Ice and water run way better though. We’ll see how it holds up. The Samsung ice maker was a regular problem. This fridge looks nice and seems solidly built. The smudge free stainless is very nice. Overall, I think this is a nice fridge for the money. I probably just have to reconfigure the shelves to improve the layout of the interior.

So Far so good. The refrigerator works very well. love the freezer, not so keen on ice maker, but it fine. The refrigerator is spacious.

The fridge itself is great! The install service was eh, they forgot a part of our fridge and now we are being told it's not replaceable. But the fridge works like a champ, has plenty of room and keeps everything perfect temp.

Nice. Interior is roomy. Doors are a bit mechanical ie. not very smooth. Makes alot of noise including an odd buzzing sound. Looks very nice. Easy access. Had a GE prior and got 18 years out of it, so here's hoping.

it is a great looking refrigerator, It took almost 6 days to make the first ice cube, and now that we have had it running for a couple of weeks the ice maker can only make a couple of cups of ice per day and it is always running out with only 2 people in the house. NOT GOOD.

I love this refrigerator!! It keeps my vegetables fresh and lasts longer. Big interior and spacious. Reminds me to close the door when I forget to shut it. Love the stainless steel color.

Great fridge and was open box, so the discount in store was wonderful. Easy to use and maintain. Water will not dispense when other door is open, which is pretty normal for french door fridges. Fits into my space perfectly with other appliances being Whirlpool brand.
