Amazing fridge! Have no problems out of it. Works really well! Lots of storage and room for all the necessities

So far it’s ok. I personally don’t think it’s as cold as my old one. But the ice dispenser really works, so surprised. My old one only worked for a week. It says no fingerprints but it does show fingerprints. Some of the side door cubbies are useless, very small. And it’s hard to know if the freezer is closed. Must have left it a little open and everything was defrosted several hours later. Other then that. I guess it’s ok.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and choosing GE Appliances for your purchase. We are happy to hear you are loving the design features that your new refrigerator unit provides. Its sure to accommodate all your food items big and small! Dianna@GEAppliances

Absolute garbage - do not buy. The freezer door handle will come off.
DO NOT EVER BUY GEEK SQUAD - they don't cover handles that won't stay on - that's considered cosmetic, even though it completely impairs the refrigerator.
Look at the photo - Geek Squad said that doesn't impair its use - it's just cosmetic. (???)
GE recalled these - unfortunately - the exact same model from 2019 is not covered because it is 3 years old. Had to gorilla glue the handle on since they would not repair it.
Hi there, thank you for reaching out with this feedback. It is clear how much of a hassle it would be to have issues with the handle so soon in your refrigerator's lifespan, and we are so sorry for the headache this has caused for you. We are confident that our factory service and repair team will be able to address this issue for you. They can be contacted by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET and Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET. I’m satisfied with this product. Spacious and look good. This time in age we’re seem to be spending more for our products but still this item was affordable in comparison.

Works great. Our only complaint is the doors are hard to close, especially if you have your hands full. Hopefully it is built better than the LG refrigerator it replaced.

Very spacious and quiet. Adjustable shelves, and the veggie and fruit drawers are a nice touch. Water, crushed, cubed ice dispenser. Stainless steel matches with other kitchen appliances which are also by GE. One of the better brands in refrigerators.

The refrigerator is working so far and the ice maker and water dispenser are functioning as intended. Takes a few hours to get it cold enough after installation. I only gave 4 stars because the door handles for fridge and freezer are plastic. Also, the protective plastic film is way too much. I’ve only had the fridge for about 4 weeks and I still can’t remove all of the plastic around the fridge. Seems pretty quiet so far as well.

This has been one of the better refrigerators we have purchased. The internal space is able to accommodate our family needs. The tray drawers have goos placement for our snacks.

Excellent refrigerator! My last one went out on me unexpectedly (Samsung). So I bought this GE one. Best purchase. It holds all of my everyday stuff plus over stock items. The freezer has more than enough storage as well! I will always continue to buy GE over Samsung!

The refrigerator is spacious with multiple shelves and drawers. The freezer has a separate pull out basket. I like the water dispenser which now accommodates a bottle or carafe

So far no complaints. Very quiet and spacious. Waiting on my optional ice maker that was supposed to be delivered and installed June 7. Now they have changed the date to June 25th.

So far so good. We bought a GE refrigerator because it was recommended to us from lots of people. It works great so far, the only little thing it is not really fingerprint resistant. You see fingers when you touch it. The ice cubes clump sometimes a bit, you have to take container out and shake it up. Other than that it's a great refrigerator with definitely enough space and storage.
We're delighted to hear how much you do like this refrigerator! We do understand your concerns with keeping the unit clean. If the dispenser on your refrigerator is not dispensing ice, this could be due to clumping ice cubes. If this is the case, the ice cubes in your icemaker may be clumping for a couple of reasons:
Low Food Load:
The defrost cycle radiates some heat into the freezer. The ice in the freezer will naturally absorb the heat. This will cause the ice to melt slightly during the defrost cycle and may cause the ice to freeze together in clumps. Increasing the food load in the freezer will buffer the warmth from the defrost cycle and keep the ice from melting. Make sure the freezer is at least 3/4 full of food.
Lack Of Use:
When the ice bin is full, the pressure from the weight of the cubes can cause the bottom cubes to fuse and clump. To prevent this from happening, discard the clumped ice and check the bin periodically to ensure the ice is not building up. If you do not use a large amount of ice, you may turn off the icemaker and stop ice production to prevent this as well. Thanks for choosing GE! Mike@GEA

Love the fridge. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the guys that delivered it scratched the ice cube/water tray on the door. That's not the issue though. I called BB and they said a new one would be sent out and I'm real easy going but that was almost a month ago when they said the part would be delivered in a week. We haven't received the part or a call back after a couple attempts reaching out.
