Good product overall, but still working on organizing food items inside. Disappointed a water filter was not included in purchase/installation.

We bought this refrigerator on Wednesday before thanksgiving because ours went out. So I had to find one quick because you definitely need a fridge for thanksgiving. I found this one in the open box that way we can pick it up in time to have a fridge for thanksgiving. When we got it home the display and ice maker is not working. So there is no way to control the fridge or freezer. It took 3 days for the freezer to freeze. The sad thing about Best Buy is they are trying to make us bring it back instead of fixing it, which is really sad on their part as taking care of their customers. I keep getting a run around about not having techs in the area. Really!! We have been loyal customers to Best Buy and very disappointed in them. So I don’t know if I would recommend buying appliances from them again!

We’ve had our refrigerator for about a week and love it! Sleek design, quiet ice maker, loving the freezer on the bottom with cold foods up top! Would highly recommend it!

Love the fridge don’t like the fact you have to buy the ge filter with the rfid chip in it

The item was delivered, installed and tested satifactorily. The delivery team arrived timely and perforned their assignment proferssionaly. I was very satisfied.

It been almost a year I switched from Samsung to GE and I don’t miss Samsung at all. Bb expert was superb help me pick the right fridge

Easy install. Lots of room. Feels bigger on the inside once you start filling it up. Outside finish is super nice.

Great for the ten months it lasted, then the compressor gave out. This is a known issue according to the GE tech that repaired it. So be warned there's some planned obsolescence build into this refrigerator if you decide to roll the dice on it. I've shared an image of the number of parts this thing needed for the repair...it wasn't a small fix.

Doesn't keep constant temperatures, neither in the Refrigerator nor the freezer. Fridge ranged from 40-60°F Frozen food in Freezer melted. Ice formed all around the freezer seal. Returned for Whirlpool

It doesn't seem all that much bigger than others we looked at or tried. 27.7 cu ft doesn't really compute in terms of relatability. But once in use, items sometimes disappear into that huge void of the refrigerator's 4th dimension. Remember what you put into it & where you put it. It will handle an ENORMOUS amount of stuff, which is a good thing. My only complaint is the necessity of opening both doors to access the full width drawer. Growing up in the 60s, I am constantly hearing those parental voices telling me to "Shut the Door!" Not to worry, the LEDs in the entire appliance brightly illuminate all the nooks & crannies and the drawer is easily accessible once both doors are opened. Personally, I would have preferred half-width drawers to silence the voices. The outer door water/ice is a great feature and the crushed ice is particularly welcome. Beware of small drips when using each, but not an alarming amount. Freezer space is massive without the usual icemaker stationed down there. The pull out freezer drawer is particularly handy. In all, it was a good purchase for our family & we will enjoy it (hopefully) for many years to come. Now if I could just find that little bottle of horseradish we bought the other day...

We wanted a spacious refrigerator that had the extra ice maker we could have installed since we go through a lot of ice. The refrigerator is also very quiet and we love how quick the water and ice dispenses

So far i love my new refrigerator! It is so spacious. It has LED lights so you can see everything. You can open one side or you can open both sides. The ice maker is awesome (it's my first one). It has various size drawers. The freezer is huge (my first bottom freezer). You can make your own size storage drawers and it has another sliding drawer in the freezer! I love this fridge! The fridge is a GE, made in America!

We got this fridge on sale and it was delivered in about three days which was nice. The delivery guys were really good about getting it in our home and taking the old one away even with it being a tight fit. There is lots of shelf space after I adjusted them to our liking. We had a side by side fridge before and this style (French Door) seems to have much more space to spread out food. The doors have to be pushed closed as opposed to self closing (which I'm still getting used to). The only flaw on this unit so far is on the very top above the left door there is a compartment with connections that can loosen easily. If these connections become loose the water dispenser and ice maker no longer function. We found this out after just a few days in our home and having to call a GE repairman to address it. If this happens again I know I just need a 9/32" nut driver to take the top cover off and check the wire connectors. All in all we are happy with our purchase and hope to get 10+ years out of it!

The refrigerator is working fine. The handles are staying on. I read other reviews about the handles. No issues, Oct 30th. The only drawback is that when getting water from the water dispenser, it does not offer a drain pan. I purchased a drip holder from Amazon. Forgot to mention it was higher than stated, I need to have my cabinet shaved down a bit to fit into space.

We like our purchase, the the refrigerator works great! The ordering and delivery were great. The whole process was made easy. The one complaint that we have is that the external components were assembled over the protective plastic. Now these are unsightly and seemingly impossible to remove.

We purchased this GE unit to replace a Samsung unit that had a bad compressor. The unit has functioned well and has good storage capacity. The ice maker works well and both the refrigerator and freezer sections maintain a good temperature. We like the French door layout. We would recommend this unit.

Only been using the fridge for about 24 hours, however so far so good. Water pressure in the door is a little lacking, but not a huge deal. There is ample space and lighting is great. Not overly loud, just about what I would expect from a fridge that has a condenser and filtration system. Delivery was fast and easy. Got a couple dents in the process and brought it to Best Buy’s attention. They rectified the situation in an agreeable fashion.
