Hello xbox360player - this is Nancy at GE Appliances. We are sorry to hear that you are displeased with your new refrigerator and also regret to hear of your previous unfortunate experience. This is a very nice model. The new refrigerators are very energy efficient and sound differently than older units. It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. The dispenser recess grill will catch this water. If you raise the middle shelf, you should be able to place your milk on the drawer shelf. Should you have further operational questions, please contact the GE Answer Center at 1-800-626-2005 for assistance. We appreciate your feedback and for choosing GE Appliances! GE_Appliances

Hello sunnyone - This is Nancy at GE. We're glad to hear that you love your new slate refrigerator. The French-door bottom mount refrigerators are easy to access. If you can try holding your glass up closer to the dispenser, that may help with the ice chips. I hope this helps! Thanks for providing your feedback and for choosing GE! GE_Appliances

Hello Trina - this is Nancy at GE. We're sorry to hear that your refrigerator is not cooling properly. First, please disconnect power to the refrigerator via the main power supply for a couple of minutes so as to reset the control panel. Next, make certain all of the doors are closing and sealing properly. Install the refrigerator in a location that will not go below 60 degrees F or above 100 degrees F, and make certain it has some air clearance around it. If this does not help, we recommend contacting GE Factory Service at 1-800-432-2737 for assistance. I hope this helps! Thanks for providing your feedback! GE_Appliances
