Nice looking but slow to preheat

It still smells a bit and smoke seems to come out very easily, more than before with last oven. Might need a break in period so too early to tell if this was a good purchase but we love the look and it provides wifi to start from phone from an app.

Cooks very evenly. Wi-fi notifications is cool and useful. Timer makes nice chime sounds. Installation was smooth.

Perfectly fit our cabinet

Whirlpool had no model that would fit without serious cabinet work. This model looks great, is easy to use and does well what a standard double oven should do. Have not heard a single complaint from the wife who uses it daily.

The install itself went very well. Electric had to be moved which cost extra. The oven looks cheap compared to the one that it replaced. After installation, when the racks went in, they didn't really fit. They are so tight that they are scraping the powder coating off the sides of the ovens. They are jerky when pulling them out which is very dangerous if you are cooking anything with liquid in the pan like roasting a chicken. I need my racks to slide freely. If you never pull the racks out while cooking then maybe this oven would work for you but it's definitely not sufficient for my needs. Best buy is having a "tech" person call me tomorrow about sending new racks but I have great doubts that this oven will work for my needs. Will update when this gets worked out.

We encourage you to put a small amount of vegetable oil on the racks to help them slide better.
