Now the right size is not available after two installation tries. Now I have a trim kit here and 1 microwave that needs to be exchanged. I will have to go to store Monday to start over. The door on microwave wave hits the trim when opening and won’t open all the way.

Two pieces were not the correct ones. They were too short. I am a general contractor and I was able to cut them and modify the install to make them work. I would not recommend open box to folks unable to modify parts in the field.

Built-in Sensor Microwave oven that I ordered. I chatted online with a Best Buy rep to assure that I had the correct trim kit. He agreed and delivery was quick and easy. It is pure white and very easy to clean.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My old GE Profile microwave went out after 7 years so I purchased a new unit and also had to purchase this trim kit because the old trim kit didn't fit any new models. I noticed that the Phillips Round-Head Flat Tipped Screws that are needed to attach the frame to the brackets were missing. I called GE support and they have no screws they can provide and couldn't tell me what size the screws are. Their suggestion was to continue to order new kits until I found one that has the screws needed.

Same size, same trim kit size. The new kit design would have required additional cabinetry work. We used the plate from the old microwave and the old trim kit which installed easily without additional work.
