The oven is nice looking and functions well for cooking. Food cooks evenly. It does take some time to preheat, but that hasn’t been an issue for me as I’m usually prepping while it’s preheating anyway, plus I can set it from my phone if need be. The reason I took off 1 star is because of the touch screen buttons. Often when I open the oven door to check on the food, the steam from the oven “presses” the buttons and will turn the oven off and turn on the self clean option. Also, the fan runs for a really long time after the oven is off. I got it on sale with free delivery and installation, and if I had paid full price for it, I would definitely be slightly disappointed with my purchase.

We needed a new oven with rare dimensions, swiftly. This modern upgrade was a gem to find - on sale with free delivery and free installation from Best Buy. We are a household of avid cooks and were so electrified to find this spacious bake oven with the capability of remotely programming the settings from an app. The temperature distributes evenly resulting in meals to devour. Cons: It doesn’t include a convection setting and the broil setting produces a faint clicking sound.

Oven is very nice looking and quality built. I replaced my 30 yr. old GE 27" built in with this one. The dimensions were exact and the oven fit beautifully. Anyone not used to modern ovens with hidden burner will have to allow a little extra time to preheat to selected temp. Other than that the oven is great. I did not need any modifications to my cabinet to install. GE old to GE new fit like a glove. 27 inch built in ovens are getting rare these days.

This little number from GE is not just beautiful looking but also works amazing. It has all the functions that are needed in a household oven. Stainless steel looks flawless and will fit in well with our future GE stove top. It also makes a cute listen music sound when the oven reaches temperature. It’s been a great addition to our home.

Love our new oven. Have enjoyed the easy features and design. Looking forward to lots of great meals.

Amazing oven! Nice size on the inside! I had been without an oven for5 years when I finally found this one. Sooo glad I did!!! Now back to baking for my family!!! Thank you GE!!!

Versatile, all the functionality we need with a modern and clean look.

My ancient Jennair oven clock died killing the whole oven. I went to Wirecutter on line and with their recommendation I chose this GE 27 inch oven . I love it. Carlos and Daniel installed the oven and removed the old Oven and cooktop. They were careful and very professional and cleaned up after they were finished. Very pleased with Best Buy service.

I love it! The 3 stars is for the defective look of the product. The stainless sides don’t line up from the top to the door. Exchanged the first one and the new one had the same issue. Other than that great!

Haven't cooked anything yet, but the young men that installed it for us was very professional. And I am pretty sure I will love it.

Honestly, I just had the oven installed and I haven't used it yet, but it really looks great in the kitchen renovation. I love the all black interior with the black shelves. My cabinet space was limited so I needed to get the 27" instead of the more common 30" oven. Once installed, however, the interior seems more spacious than I expected, which is a big plus. I also love the sleek, flat navigation panel. The old oven had knobs which were hard to clean. I'm happy.

Product performs as we wanted. We ordered the 27” model as your repair tech recommended. This oven has a gap of 1/2 inch on each side. Your install crew said they would address that on their paperwork. Several weeks later a Best Buy rep called about our experience. I told her about the problem and she said she would contact GE to see if there is a kit that would provide closure to the gap. Have not heard from her since.

I am amazed that GE27 Built in single Electric Wall oven is state of the art. The appearance has improved my kitchen decor. It has an expensive look stainless steel of a high end oven. It is so easy to use, easy self-cleaning. Sale price was Amazing.

It works very nicely! It has features our previous oven didn't have, so it takes a while to learn to operate it.

Too early to review on the "Smart" part of this oven, but here's up to there; We received our delivery on time and in perfect condition. The Best Buy employees were very polite and helpful, they arrived as scheduled. The oven was packaged well but becareful inspect it before they leave to make sure the glass door is not broken ( read reviews where others had that happen to theirs). We thankfully did not have that problem. The oven was easy to install, fit right in ( and if it didn't, there was a rebate to help cover install cost) instructions were very easy to read and you didn't need any specials tools. ( You should have electrical experience or have it installed by Best Buy as part of your purchase) We have used the Bake and Broil options only and these functions work as expected. It looks very sleek in our kitchen with the stainless steel model blending well with our other appliance styles even though we purchased it later. Were very happy and recommend it to others. Note; someone asked if they could install under the cooktop instead of the wall. With all the new styles and designs we believe it could probably be done, and would surely help someone with a smaller kitchen, without a lot of wall space.

This is my first new oven in 18 years. Its hard to imagine how far they have come. It keeps constant temperature perfectly, is easy to understand and use and is fast! I only wish the broiler had varied settings and not just high and low. Otherwise I'm very happy with it.

Excellent oven, heats really fast, does a great job of cooking, fits perfectly, fast delivery, literally no complaints!
