The delivery associate helped us cut the box to allow the stove to fit. He took the cardboard, said he'd be back in a minute to assist with loading the stove into the hatch and went back into the store . Ten minutes later, we went inside to ask where he was and the front desk associate said nobody could help us with getting the stove into the hatch because we cut the box open. The Best Buy associate didn't mention that while he stood there and helped cut the box and Best Buy thought it was acceptable to tell us they'd be right back to assist with loading, and then walk away and not come back. Best Buy is a zero when it comes to caring about their customers. Unbelievably awful experience.
