Have not heard a word!! Not a happy camper at this point. already had to change ovens since I had waited 2 months and another possible 5 month delay..

A big disappointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointed in this oven. The steam clean does not work well. Neither does the high temp clean. It gives off a bad odor which could be due to the spill on the bottom. It cooks a little hotter than my other stove so need to adjust cook times. It does preheat very quickly but all in all, I cannot recommend this item.

Posted .Hi jleslie, thanks for your review. Sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced. Steam Clean is mean to help loosen messes to make them easier to wipe away. Both Steam Clean and Self Clean tips recommend that you clean out large spills in your oven before activating either of these cleaning features. There is an article on our website titled "SMOKE AND ODOR DURING SELF CLEAN" that we think would be helpful. - If your wall oven's temperature is too high, or the oven is cooking too slow or too fast, take a look at the articles titled "WALL OVEN AND RANGES - COOKING TOO SLOW OR TOO FAST" and "OVEN - TEMPERATURE IS NOT CORRECT." My old one was over 42 years old and it was finally time for replacement. We would have replaced it sooner but newer ones were a different size and our cabinet had to be modified to fix the oven. BestBuy was great. I got what I wanted even though a lot of supply issues and back orders. No problem so far.

Installers explained what needed to be done. Oven fit cutout so they did what they could. Very professional.
