There are not many to choose from and I picked this one because it fit my basic requirements. I had it installed today and used it tonight. I am actually quite pleased with it. The "buttons" are quite different from my old one, but it is easy to figure out how to use.

The unit has never worked. Repair visits scheduled and cancelled by Best Buy twice. Finally a guy came out today and diagnosed as a “faulty motherboard.” Now over a month, says no longer returnable. I had decided to have the wall oven/microwave unit delivered and installed at the start, thinking it would be done right. Absolutely not the case. Think twice and shop hard before considering buying the Best Buy hustle talk. Their service and integrity is unfortunately abysmal.

We purchased this unit in September and upon initial inspection we realized that the handle was slightly dented but wasn't broken. My Husband and I decided to install the unit simply because we needed an oven. I reported it to best buy and they finger pointed to GE. I contacted GE and they sent a third party out to inspect the unit back in September. Here we are, the week of Thanksgiving and it still isn't repaired. We received a call from the third party and they informed us that GE will not cover and it would cost around $500 to replace the handle. Best Buy and their vendors absolutely let us down. I suppose I will need to buy a new handle for my $3,000.00 oven.
