Call GE but never fixed the problem!

It does not work. Was told by installer it need to be replaced was defective. Needless to say I am very disappointed and upset i waited over a month. My old one was still usuable.now I have nothing.

Posted .Oh no, we hate to hear that your microwave is rusting so soon into its lifespan. This is certainly not the experience we want for you and would love to help. To clean rust and other small blemishes from the exterior, we recommend cleaners that contain Oxalic Acid such as Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser will remove rust, tarnish and small blemishes. Use only the liquid cleanser (free of grit) and be sure rub in the direction of the metal grain lines with a damp, soft sponge.
