Perfect fit that replaced the original GE Profile oven installed in 1996 when we purchased our new house.

This combo microwave and oven was a great choice for my smaller built in oven space. It was difficult to find the combo in this small size, but the microwave and the oven are both larger than my old Whirlpool and work very well. I was hesitant about the dial selection feature for the microwave, but it is easy to use and I like it better than the old pinch the numbers to select time. I love the 30 second option for short heating items. Love the oven and microwave. So happy I bought this combo.

Needed this to replace an old, original one. It fit perfectly! Works amazingly!

Very good unit for cooking and microwaving the big items. However, it does not have the settings for the microwave to allow you to set exact seconds to cook. Instead, you can only set for 15 second increments. I cook an egg for 54 seconds in my old microwave, but to do that on the new GE, I need to set the timer to 60 seconds and the power to 9/10. A hassle! You cannot set a timer for 10 seconds and leave. You have to set it for 15 seconds and stop the unit when it counts down to 5 seconds. This is a cheap way to make such a nice unit, that I do not understand why GE would design a unit like this. You can do work arounds, but for a $3000 combo, the extra $10 it would have cost to add this feature makes this a unit that is questionable against others. The major item it had working for it was that it fit in the previous cutout, and the sale price was significantly reduced.

Microwave heats hot and oven bakes well. What else would you want? Controls are user friendly.

Installation was included and went well, after several unexplained notices online about reschedules were finally figured out. Installers made sure the system fit the existing cabinet space (very relieved; this was replacing a 30 year oven and we were worried because the dimensions were just slightly off: GE J KP68G0K3 dual wave II (from May 1989) wall oven and microwave combo). Everything is working wonderfully so far, thank you to Best Buy for the delivery and installation, and GE for the product and fit guarantee, which is ultimately what made us decide to take the risk on this.

We have had this wall over, microwave for about a month. We love the mircowave, and the oven is great, it just takes a long time to get to temperature. But is is a huge oven and the paint/coating makes it very easy to clean. Very happy with what we have, would be five stars if it didn't take over ten minutes to preheat for a pizza that will cook for only 12.

Our 20+ year old GE microwave/Oven combo finally gave up. After a lot of research we settled on this 27inch GE combo, partially biased by the great price we were getting (price dropped by a few hundreds!). Pros: * It is quieter than my previous one. * HUGE microwave capacity compared to my previous one * Nice looking Cons: * We really miss the numerical keypad for the microwave & oven. It is a considerable pain to go thru multiple menu/submenus to select the time to cook. They also have a "add 30sec" button but it only increments in 30 seconds intervals. We knew before we bought but compromised on it for the price difference. * Microwave fan keeps running even after cycle is over. It states it is cooling the interior. Wish it didn't have to do this as it keeps running almost always until you take your food out AND press clear. Major pain. Not sure if other brands do the same * The stainless steel finish is slightly shinier than the other stainless stell Samsung/Bosch appliances we have. Didn't realize it would be that off.

This oven is very nice and looks great in my kitchen. My only issue is with the fingerprints left when using the touchpad. It replaced a 26 year old oven so I was very happy to be able to find one that needed no adjustment to the cabinet. Very happy with my purchase.

We have had this oven for about one month. Looks great and works fine too. Overall it is a very nice oven. The microwave takes several clicks even to accept default options. Also at the end of cooking, it goes into cooling oven mode with fan on. Perhaps some additional instructions on how to change these settings would be helpful. Overall, definitely a good buy.

Perfect replacement for our old oven. It fit like a glove with no issues. No problem with the microwave or the oven, cooked a roast perfectly. We are very happy with this oven.

Wanted it in white but not available- it seems OK, but it takes a long time to preheat oven? Can't see clock when in use

We just bought our GE oven about 2 months ago. Everything seemed to be working well until we did "self-clean" of the oven. About 10 minutes into the cycle, the inside glass window smashed into shards. Looked up online and seems to be a known issue for this model so beware!

The oven works and I've gotten used to the controls, although for the microwave seems like you have to push a lot of buttons just to turn it on, lol. However, appearance, the oven arrived with a crooked lower oven door. Gap is noticeably bigger on one side than the other. Looks like a manufacturing issue with a hinge. Installer pointed it out; a support person came out the next day and said he'd research what to do, after over a week of no contact called support again and I have a replacement on order. Hopefully they're not all crooked. Pretty disappointing, I was without an oven for a year due to supply chain issues; GE was not my first choice, had to switch my order from Kitchenaid (I was very limited on what would fit in the space, finally took what I could get), paid $3k for this thing, so while I'm happy to have a real oven finally for that money the door can be straight. This is totally on GE and no reflection on Best Buy. My advice - this seems like a good oven but perhaps the quality control isn't what it should be, maybe try for another brand if you can. If you can't, best to take a look at it before it is put into your wall space. If all had been well I would give it more stars for the quality rating. I'm not sure yet if I would recommend it. If the replacement has the same flaw then definitely not. At least I can say I'm happy with Best Buy's support on this.

I like the look of the applicance. It heats up very fast ane the microwave is great.

The product is OK. Too bad you can’t try it in the store ahead of time. Still getting used to not having a keypad for the time cooking. The pull down door is problematic for a small person reaching into the microwave. The cool off fan makes noise for awhile after the oven/microwave is off. The delivery was much more costly than presented. To the tune of $250. No one likes surprises like that.

Pros: Oven looks great and cooks well. Dimensions were helpful for installation and very accurate. Cons: microwave is extremely loud and sounds like a fan (or something is broken). I’m guessing it’s a manufacturing defect. Called Best Buy but because I didn’t purchase the $199 tech support they said they couldn’t help me and I had to go through the manufacturer for repairs (thanks BB, nice job...). Also, after the microwave cooks, it remains running for a few minutes after to “cool down”. Which is really odd and amplifies the issue of it being loud. I cook something for 30 seconds and it runs for 2 mins. Strange... All in, it’s a nice looking unit and my only option to match the rest of the GE kitchen appliances. It’s too bad I got a defective one, Best Buy is less than optimal for customer service, and the microwave needs to cool down. But I’m sure I’ll get used to it. Hopefully the repair isn’t a big deal.

This is a good value and looks sharp. everything works as intended. They rely too much on rotary dial in the center to work through the menus. It reminds me of the original iPod single dial UI. I have discovered some shortcuts to reduce the button pushes from 5 to 1 to select a 15 sec cook time. Discovering the short cut allows me to comfortably recommend this unit.

Very happy with the overall purchase. The only aspect that can improve is the annoying fan sound that comes from leaving your display on. Had to set it to sleep mode in order to avoid the terrible whirring noise that comes with leaving the display on (I like leaving it on because of the clock).
