The installation was great though. Was disappointed in having to call four times for right trim piece. When finally came in 5-6 weeks it was wrong trim color. Oven is working well but need to finish trim now. Best Buy always has good deals.

It is a bit hard to clean back of microwave. The microwave door opens like an oven, so you can’t easily reach all the way to the back to clean. Timer alarm isn’t loud enough, so don’t leave the room and expect to hear it go off.

But, the cons are the cooling fan is loud and it is 'ON' for a long time even after the oven is turned OFF. Also, I wish the micro-wave door is open to the side, it is difficult to reach to the food tray when it is way in.
