This GE oven/microwave is a step into the future. The microwave has an extensive selection of heating options. The conventional oven does a wonderful job of maintaining an even temperature through the oven. Looks great.

This is my third GE appliance in my kitchen. Gas stove is a solid product and has no issues so far since I bought it 2 years ago. Refrigerator has no issues for about 8 years till last year. I'm very happy about both of them. However, this wall oven stove /Microwave combo stop working after Marely 4 month. It basically says cannot contact to the lower oven. Have schedule a service person come by and he check the power supply and basically says it is power supply issue not the appliance issue so he cannot fix it. By the way, the installation is part of the package I paid for the appliance. After negotiation, the service person agree to fix the power supply (connection issue on the wall box). and again, the oven still doesn't work. This time he said the unit control board needs to be replaced but he didn't have the part handy. It needs to be shipped to me directly from GE and I need to reschedule another appointment. The appoint scheduled by the service person but the replacement part did come on time. I have to call to reschedule again. finally the part come and I missed the phone call from the service person (another one) on the day of appointment. He then dropped the appointment even though I waited at home all day that day. Anyway, my oven still not fixed yet and it is almost three weeks now since it is broken. In conclusion: the product is bad but the service is even worse.

Installer did an excellent job. capped a gas line, bult the shelf the oven sits on. Tested it and explained its functions. I heats well and cooks evenly. Very stylish quality finish.

The item and it up being too small to fit in our space. This was due to our GE model was 18 years old. The newer models seem to have a narrow Face plate. Bestbuy was very accommodating and taking the part back for different model. We look forward to receiving our oven on May 7.

Like the product but the availability is too long to wait

We haven't had it very long but it works great. The cooking complete buzzer is a little on the quite side.it cooks food much better than our old one the temperature is right on.

This combo oven/ microwave looks nice but it does not have many features. There is no light in the oven unless you open it. The microwave takes multiple steps to operate and is confusing. There is no timed bake cycle.

The sales associate, Kyle Johnson, was knowledgeable and helpful to make the purchase. The installation process was priceless (pun intended - I din't pay for it) - it was on time, smooth and efficient including the haul-away. The microwave oven is functioning great but we haven't started using the conventional oven yet. The new unit looks modern and sleek and it fits right back into the slot vacated by the older model.
