Installer dropped one of shelf inserts for inside door cracking the plastic. Called store for replacement,no return call as promised. Sent customer service an email, reply days later said to call store again. Disappointing service. Like the refrigerator, ice making function is a little loud.

The installation crew of 2 guys was great. Had to remove a door in the kitchen and the bottom freezer drawer, and did it with no problem or issues.
