Have had a short time, but refrigerator cools and freezer freezes fast. Plenty of room in refrigerator and the freezer is great with partitions in basket area and in the slide out drawer. So far so good

We've only had it in place for three days, but it meets with all our expectations so far. The installation crew of 2 guys was great. Had to remove a door in the kitchen and the bottom freezer drawer, and did it with no problem or issues.

Massive amount of room. Being used in a church kitchen. Have to remove doors from fridge to get thru doorway, but it is not too hard.

* HELP GE!!! We have a “lemon”! Paid about $2000 for Refrigerator (less than 3 years old) and it is the worst unit I’ve ever owned in my 71 years! Whatever happened to the high quality GE products I purchased over the years? * It is less than 3 years old and has failed 5 (five) times thus far with 2 (two) times under the pitiful one-year warranty. * It has cost me lost food (28 cubic feet capacity means lots of lost food each time!). Our lost money for repairs THAT SHOULD NOT BE NEEDED if GE produced a high quality product with solid quality components like our old 27-year-old GE refrigerator has. * Our 27-year-old “quality” GE refrigerator was moved to our basement when we had our kitchen remodeled less than 3 years ago. It’s the only way we can have refrigerated food these days, because our “new” GE fails frequently and CANNOT BE TRUSTED. The GE service person was here about 3 weeks ago for repairs and the refrigerator has DIED again with a new failure type! Spent $324.22 for that last service call. How much does one have to pay before GE replaces this refrigerator as a “lemon? * We did not get the extended warranty, because we expected the “same top quality” that our 27-year-old GE exhibited. No, we weren’t lucky here, that’s what refrigerators used to be like. My deceased parents bought a large GE refrigerator in 1948. When my widowed Mother left her home in 1984, the refrigerator was still running with no problems! That’s why we always bought a GE! With the exorbitant repair costs, we could have bought the extended warranty.
