I'm only giving two stars for the excellent customer service/Geek Squad staff, they quickly helped with my return and fully refunded me for this product with no issue.

These are made with not quite the right sized sheets of metal. Some had a dented lint screen too. The eco setting doesn't dry anything.

Dryer was Damaged

Waiting on a new one to be sent to me. The delivery men tried to tell me its supposed to look like that but I knew better. It was bent and damaged. I had this same dryer for over 12 years and I loved it. Hoping this same replacement will be just as good.
