This is the second dryer and it’s doing the same thing. Not happy will give it 4 more days before I call in for refund and seek out different brand.

I used it once for a small load which took over an hour to dry. When I opened the door to remove the clothes, the latch on the door broke so that the door would not stay closed. I returned the dryer.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: It's super small (which it should be for a "portable" dryer) Power cord and plug included (It says everywhere that it's not included, even in the manual) Very quiet Works with internal vent kits (which is fantastic because I bought it for apartment use) Cons: Actually getting it was horrible. I'm guessing GE doesn't make a lot of these because it was supposed to arrive in mid November, but arrived closer to the second week of December. The wheels aren't multi-directional casters, so it can't move anywhere. Just forward and backwards. The holes on the bottom to attach the wheels were drilled too small. The holes were 7/64 and the screws were 5/32. So I had to redrill all 16 holes myself to make it a bit larger for the bolt to go in.

This has been going on since I purchased this months ago, that I thought was a good deal at the time, For the THIRD TIME today, Dec. 10th, the dryer when delivered has been DAMAGED - knobs gone, dents, dislocated front and parts, dryer connection dented. I have given Worst Buy 3 chances to get it right and you have FAILED EACH TIME! When I call your store and team and confirm the delivery AND INSTALLATION, deliveries show up only for them to say they don't install. I WILL NEVER, EVER SHOP at BEST (WORST) BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!
