Too noisy!

The cabinet seemed too light for the drum. I thought it was just a dud so I returned it to find the next one was too! So i picked out a traditional separate unit that i am happy with. It broke my heart though because i love the space effiency of the combo unit.

The problem is we have had two of them because they are very noisy and the first one had an agitator issue and was loud. We had it swapped out and the same thing happened. Literally sounds like a duck giving birth or dying. The dryer works fine. Over all I dont recommend this product.

It shakes the whole building during the spin cycle and the noise is crushingly loud. The spin cycle runs for about 20 minutes. I had to send the first one back because neither the washer nor the dryer worked. Also, the Best Buy employee who called about the installation was extremely rude.

Dryer issues
