Horrible design

First, we noticed none of the washer cycles worked, so we called for service under the warrantee. We were told we could only use bulk cycle, and that’s how the machine was to work. All the other cycles, small, eco, drain, they were invalid. Next, all year, no matter what we try, the dryer eats our clothes. Anything with a cord or weak edge is grabbed by the vent in the back and snapped. Now, we noticed lint and debris are being trapped and collected behind the heat vent where it’s not intended to be or can escape. The dryer is also making a clunking noise. We called Best Buy but are out of the year warranty, so we must pay over $100 just for a diagnosis. We are not holding our breath for a solution being offered. $1500, and this thing is nothing but headache after headache.

Washer lid lock not working properly. "Smart" water sensor doesn't allow me to add laundry detergent then clothes in some water. Have to put detergent and clothes in the dry bottom. Not happy customer.

After the washer finished washing, I found the ice cream stain was still on my clothes. 2. The last spin is too strong. Even delicates mode, the spin is too strong, so the clothes are too dry and have many Wrinkles. 3. Also, the dryer does not dry my clothes completely. When the dryer stopped, The clothes are very hot but not completely dry.

A year and two months later the dryer Finn breaks off what a piece of crap.

The dryer finishes the programmed cycles faster then you would expect. I love this washer/dryer!
