Works good bought to replace old one that did not cook as well

Purchased this as a replacement. Has nice locking feature and was for a great price

I have zero complaints on this product, it looks good and was easy in install. We've updated a built in microwave and a dishwasher and now this and this cooktop was by far the easiest. I highly recommend this product. You can't beat 2 day shipping and install.

This stove top is better then we thought and surprise by the ease of use and cleanup.

I love the way this cooktop looks. However, I have discovered that it is very easy to accidentally turn off the burners. Happened to me when I was frying something. Also, it seems to take alot of work to not leave streaks when cleaning.

it scratches sooo easily and i have to be very careful when moving things around not to crack it as well.

This stove works well heats quick and seems to cook evenly. The cooktop is very difficult to keep clean. The worst part is keeping it clean and warring about scratching it.

Cooktop needs to have more distinct markings for the settings. The marking for turning burners on is nearly impossible to see without turning on overhead lights. Do enjoy the smooth top for cleaning. No more knobs to deal with.

I want to like this cooktop, but its convinced me to never every buy another appliance with conductive buttons. It is extremely good at ignoring some button presses or just making up new ones if it or your fingers are at all damp.

This stovetop works great. It boils water super fast. I was oringally concerned about it being touch screen and littles accidentally turning it on, but it has a lock feature and it's not been a problem yet. Side note: Best Buy north Lakeland has the best manager around. He corrected an error that occurred when I originally ordered a different model the week after thanksgiving and for unknown reasons it was never delivered. I had received an email and phone call the day before confirming delivery, but the day of delivery my stove top never arrived. After multiple calls I was finally told it was all of a sudden "backordered". We checked prior to ordering and it was not back ordered. I was told I wouldn't have the stovetop till after the new year. The manager found this one and got it to my house a week later and I had one before Christmas. I called the Best Buy 800 number and there solution was oh well, there is nothing we can do and you'll have to wait. I went back to the store and the manager found this one (one of the few not back ordered). I was concerned about the touch screen feature but he did research and told me about the functions and lock feature. Thank you Brandon for fixing a problem that even corporate refused to correct when it was their fault.
