I liked the easy to use control panel , speed of reaching the temp. needed. Did not like that it did not come with a complete manuel.

I replaced my wall oven because the self cleaning feature had long since passed away… This new GE appliance, now owned and built by another company, is a beautiful appliance with a nearly useless timer. The controls overall are non intuitive as well, and as a result, my old GE oven that still worked was a much better product. I’ll get used to this product, but I will be careful not to inadvertently turn it off mid-bake, an example of illogical design.

The oven is great - replaced my 25 yr old GE oven with this model. So happy I did - it's very quiet especially when the fan cools down the oven. It's sleek and has the options I need - even includes the steam cleaning option. Haven't had the need to try that out, but it looks very easy. But even better - it was so easy to order online and set up an appointment to have an appliance installer arrive on same day as the oven. When I originally tried to buy/install at HD and Lowes, it was a totally frustrating experience(s) I had to wait on hold, call many times only to find that they didn't have anyone to come to my area to install. I wasted so much time with those retailers. And was so frustrated with the amount of time it took and their lousy attitude. When I thought to try Best Buy, it was literally the easiest way to buy and get this installed. And the price was the same for the oven and the installation price was less than the other retailers. AND they were sooo nice and straightforward with the process (ordering and the actual installers.!!!) Will definitely be my first choice when ordering my next appliances!!

I hate to review an appliance which has not been in use for at least some months. I just purchased this wall oven along with a cooktop and microwave range around a month ago. So far so good. The good thing is, Best buy team could make it for us however installation was very costly. The installation of the cooktop and wall oven was a big problem for other sellers but Best buy finally did it. I like the oven. It is nice and working properly and without problem. The only issue is, a piece of foil was used according to the safety instruction to avoid hot oil spill only one time, but the foil melted and messed up the bottom of oven. I tried to call the manufacturer to get more cleaning instructions but without success. I am not sure how the GE after sales service would support us. It is now scary because I upgraded all my kitchen appliances with GE products. So my rating for the oven, appearance and performance will be 5 star by now but for the support I won't even consider 1 star.

I love my GE wall oven. It takes awhile to get to the heat degree, but it is quiet and does not heat up the kitchen. It cools down fast and dies a great job.

So far so good. Takes a while to heat up...so don't wait to preheat. Other than that, it cooks great. Broiler works good! Much better than my last oven. Remote turn on a cool feature and easy to set up. Overall, happy with purchase.

The oven bakes perfectly. I love the fact I can start it remotely with temperature and timer. It also looks great in our kitchen. So far I haven’t figured out how to cut the timer off remotely.

This oven has a really clean, modern look. Our previous one was a bit of a pain to set every time we used it, as it did not have a numpad (you had to arrow up/down to the right temp). This one does, thankfully. The connected feature is also pretty darn handy. You can preheat, then set the timer, and it pings you when it is ready each time. This way someone doesn't have to be physically present within earshot of the oven itself. We've actually baked stuff while outside the house, using this feature. Note though that I do have a webcam pointed at the kitchen... it might not be a great idea to do this if the stuff you're cooking is in any way combustible and you have no means of monitoring it visually. As far as its cooking, it does a fine job of that. No complaints at all there.

i love the wifi part of it and also it’s easy to clean and my family uses it a lot from my youngest who is 10 and my daughter 14 with my hubby who loves to bake me great food and it just makes it user friendly with easy cleaning , perfect for a busy family like mine.

Loving our new oven. Works perfectly and looks great. The install team has to make so adjustments and they were done professionally and were reasonable. Donavan was our Sales Representative and he was amazing!

It took longer than I expected to connect it to the internet at first, and the G.E. app is really really bad, but the oven itself is great! It's amazing to control it by voice through Google. And when their awful app works, it's even more amazing to scan a product barcode and the oven automatically set itself up to cook -- as long as the item is in the limited database and if the terrible app realizes that it's looking at a barcode to begin with. But once it gets going it heats up quickly and cooks as it is supposed to. I had Best Buy install it and everything went perfectly.

The oven works great but I have trouble reading the controls. I am over 6' tall and the space for my oven is only 10" above the floor. I have to bend over pretty far to see them.

My wife was bugging me to replace her old oven of the same type and brand. I decided to use points and buy this to replace and it was noted to fit in the same hole the old one was in. It fit with a few small changes. It has an enclosed bottom heating element and works great for spills. I like that you can steam food loose by pouring water in bottom and not using the supper hot cleaning system that I still has. Works well and my wife likes it. May take a little getting use to but follow directions and you will get it.

the oven is very user friendly. We love the smart features. We can turn on or off the oven remotely. It looks very modern and clean in our kitchen.

Looks great. Easy to use. Cooks evenly. I would definitely tell a friend to shop Best Buy for appliances, employees and install techs are friendly and efficient.

Purchased our new oven about 6 weeks ago, and we’re very satisfied with its operation and overall functioning thus far. It offers a modern, crisp appearance; the controls are simple; and it does a fine job of heating up promptly and heating our items properly.
