Had it preheated for baked potatoes. Had water on my hand when I opened up the oven and the water dripped onto the glass and cracked it. Heard a pop and it started running. :(

The order was cancelled at the last moment by Best Buy. I think it was a supply chain problem. My new order was created and my new order is due to arrive in 4 weeks from the original date. I am so happy.

The Wifi connection and control works ok with my Alexa devices. The main complaint is how difficult it is to slide the wire-frame shelves. I may have to sand the edges to improve this.

Now I have no way of cooking food. Not satisfied

Cooks evenly and quickly. Only negative is the Slate color is almost closer to a dark taupe/brown. I was hoping for more of a Charcoal color. Installers were also very helpful and careful.
