THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH BEST BUY THAT WE HAVE EVER HAD. Purchase our gas cooktop on August 4. When the geek squad came to install it, we needed to adjust the cabinet for the cooktop to fit. We drove back to Merrillville to purchase a gas cooktop that would fit. Our first appointment for the geek squad to install was August 12. (We had the old gas top removed on August 11.) No one showed up on the 12th. We called and was told that our appointment had been changed to August 19. August 19th came, no one showed. We called again, they said that they would be out on August 26. No one showed. The next appointment they gave us was today, AUGUST 31. NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP!! I AM NOT HAPPY!!

The stove is good. I bought the display cooktop. Missing couple of small items. I didn't know it will be missing the plastic piece where the crate sits. The store didn't provide all items. Had to wait for a week for the regulator to come also.

Although cook top had the same measurements as my previous cook top, it was actually a bit smaller and did not fit correctly. Waiting for Best Buy to pick it up.
In spite of the problem, Best Buy is great to work with.

It’s really bad services from Best Buy, company confirmed my order delivery and after confirmation of delivery date they changed date two times
