Still new so only cooked on a few times. So far it is excellent. Heats instantly. Looks great. Cleans up easy. I went from electric to gas and i should have done it sooner.

We purchased this to replace an electric cooktop that had been installed by the previous home owners. What a difference!!! Install was straightforward, and we were cooking on it that night. The burners kick out some serious heat. True to size. Easy to clean. P.S. don't try to do install unless you have mechanical abilities. While straightforward, there was work with the gas line, electrical, and drawer under the cooktop.

The GE 30" gas cooktop was an excellent purchase. The two grates have a good weight and are easy to lift for cleaning. It is easy to clean overall, and the design allows for easy placement of different size pots. Being left handed, I would have preferred for the knobs to be at center bottom instead on right side. However, it works great!

I purchased this cooktop to replace an old one. It works great, is very nice looking and is easy to clean. Very powerful burners with a good variety to fit any size pans.

Was a great buy for a nice cooktop. Rough opening needed to be expanded in the granite which was a serious pain. Make sure to read rough opening requirements before assuming this is a direct drop in replacement for existing top. Otherwise..great top.

Very solid product with great ease of use. We don't have very high requirements for gas stoves, and this works just great for us with four burners.

I've used this appliance for 2 weeks. It burns much hotter than my previous cooktop, yet simmers low. I set off the fire alarm twice (twice!) before I learned that high means very much hotter than I was used to, and medium is plenty warm. Very quickly boils a pot of water. Easy to clean.I recommend it without reservation.

Replaced our 15 year old cooktop with this unit that is essentially what we had before but in stainless steel. 4 stars only because I question the steel part of this description since a magnet will not cling to it, but otherwise it's fine and a nice change of pace appearance wise in our kitchen.

This is a great cooktop. Perfect for apartments or condos where a range installation isn't possible. Burners all work according to specifications. GE has been around a really long time and is one of the oldest but most reputable brands around. I had a professional put this in as I don't like to tinker with gas lines. Anyway it comes as an all in one type package. Just hook it up to your gas line and electrical socket and boom, you're done. Just make sure you check your measurements first. Generally if your prior cooktop measures 30 inches across, this will more than likely fit your counter top.

As far as the stove top, great quality and do not regret the purchase. I highly recommend it. However be cautious is you have Best Buy install it. They do not secure it so if the hole is bigger that the inner part of the stove it will move

A great basic stovetop! Looks nice. Very easy to install. Just needed a screwdriver, 2 adjustable socket wrenches and some gas line Teflon tape. Had to use a jigsaw to cut our countertop a little though, as the stove we were replacing had rounded corners, which were rounded in the original cut of our counter top. This stove has square corners, so I just need to make the corners square and it fit like a glove. Very happy with my purchase.

From long time we wanted to have this stainless steel. Its easy to clean. The big burner is very useful with the big pots as they mentioned. The service for installing from best buy was very good. Would definitely recommend to friends and family
