I find it easy to use and dependable so far. I do wish appliance companies would include a manual like they use to!!!!

My installation was not a typical install. There was an additional charge. However, I was extremely pleased with their work. The stove was a huge improvement over what we had.

Its a great oven/range, performas well, but the top gets scratched, but I'm not surprised. Just bought around Thanksgiving this year.

We're glad to hear that you're enjoying the performance from your range!! Be careful not to slide pots and pans across your cooktop. It will leave metal markings on the cooktop surface. These marks are removable using the ceramic cooktop cleaner with a non-scratch cleaning pad for ceramic cooktops. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback!

It works fine, but the buttons are easy to accidentally cut on. For example, you can lean against it and accidentally turn it off if the oven is on or on if it is off. The knobs turn easily, so they can be turned on if you aren't careful. The bottom drawer is hard to open since it doesn't have a handle.
