The item is good but when I bought in the store say coming with remote control but the remote no coming in the box I go to the store and they say I need call the manufacturer why I need call ? I buying in the store not direct from manufacturer, GE brand is good, Best Buy store not

The new Convertible Range Hood has met our needs perfectly!!!

Works great. Replacing old hood. Installation was a breeze.

The hood has nice clean lines and goes with the GE range that I purchased. The fan is strong, and the lights spill over onto the counter nicely. The lights have a high and low setting.

Having a second person around sure help to install, especially trying to feed the power through the rear while lifting into the brackets. Left side of the grill does almost all of the vacuum. On low, med or high, the left side will hold up a small piece of paper, the right side not. The left side grease filter is about 1/2 inch from fan intake (fan mounted on left side). The right side is a relatively huge cavity, so of course the fan will pull from the left before the right. I might try to mount a removable baffle of some sort (plastic?, metal?) on the right side just above the grease filter to reduce the volume so it is more like on the left side. Plan to cook you stinky, smoky frying and soups over the left burners. Rather noisy at higher settings. Grease filters came dented, but warranty service is sending a new pair.

Good light for cooking and 3 speeds for the fan. Exactly what I wanted

Does everything it's supposed to do well. Easy to use.

Replaced my parents appliances in their kitchen and this one is fabulous! Has a slight dent but they are going to replace, but installed it temporarily until the new ones come in. I would recommend any of the appliances I have purchased. Best Buy has a great selection of various price points and style for any kitchen.

Is not installed at moment. My husband needs to cut opening to vent outside before installers will install.

I was very pleased with the stove hood. It was so nice to have the light. The hood was very well constructed and added to the beauty of my kitchen.

This one has physical buttons and works well. Not exactly rocket science to make a hood vent. DO NOT BUY the GE model with the touch sensors. I cannot describe the nightmare that was to replace because those buttons simply wouldn’t work.

This sound bar has a very clear sound. The sound effects are amazing
