the microwave opening is most inconvenient as you can not reach to the back wall of the oven. the oven combo is delivered without a "user's instruction book" and it is not even available on line.
Very disappointed also that this oven does not have a convection mode.
We'd like to provide some information on the clearance requirements for the door and on how to access the Owner's Manual for your oven. For the door opening, the JT3800SHSS requires at minimum 20" of space in front of the unit. Also, the door handle protrudes 3" from the door face. Cabinets and drawers on adjacent 45° and 90° walls should be placed to avoid interference with the handle. The Owner's Manual for your oven can be accessed on the product homepage on Bestbuy.com in the "From The Manufacturer" section.
