What a difference it has made!

Works Great, a Bit Loud

The unit is a little bit loud, but it serves its purpose very well. Also, be sure to get the feet out of the moisture collection bin before operation

Better than the Honeywell

Had bought a 70 pint Honeywell that the tank cracked in and Honeywell wouldn’t respond to request to buy or replace a new tank. It was only a month old or so too. Anyway this GE model seems stronger and better built than the Honeywell.

Fan does not turn off when humidity level is satisfied, but that's ok, I guess. I have hooked up the external hose to a drain, but somehow the water bucket still captures some water and trips the 'Empty Bucket' alert at lease once a week. I just hope it lasts for more that a year!
