Great at doing its job, had some 100+ days and it kept up. Only complaint is that it's not really quiet, although it's a bit like white noise and you get used to it.

Best portable air conditioner I ever purchased works amazing

Works very well. Hose that goes to the outside of the window very hard to install.

This unit is quieter than other portable units I have. It cools the small bedroom quickly and I love that the louvers could swing if I choose that setting. Nothing to complain about.

I rated this with 5 stars! I did a lot of research, compared prices, and read reviews before I made my decision to purchase the GE brand. The unit was 10 pounds lighter than others and did honestly perform as stated. Easy to install, setup, and secure. It keeps my bedroom to 70-72 degrees which is cool enough for comfort. I especially like the remote control. Also, very minimal noise involved. There were more consistent reviews on this product Opposed to other poor reports on products like Insignia. Many complaints on that brand were not regarding the condition of the box, the condition of the air condition once removed from the box, its noise level, and lack of cooling area. I did receive a damaged Insigna Portable AC box and returned it back to Best Buy by UPS before even opening it and taking any chances.

Needed a AC during the summer and this one helped out ALOT. Cooled down the room in a couple of minutes and i like the timer on it.

Purchased 2 of these units to use for a memorial service being held in an old home with no air conditioning. Had about 75 people and everyone was very comfortable!

Our AC went out and with the hot temperatures, our house was unbearable! This little unit packed a punch! Just what we needed. So glad we purchased it.

I live in a small apartment with a wall mount AC unit in the livingroom. Unfortunately the small AC in the livingroom has absolutely no affect in the bedroom. I got this little unit because during the summer nights my bedroom would get so hot it was unbearable.... My quality of life has changed for the better after using this unit in my bedroom. It's not terribly loud unless you put it to It's highest settings. This AC cools my 300sqft bedroom within 10 mins. I absolutely love it and recommend it to anyone looking to cool off.

This unit worked ok but would overheat. The tubing also did not flex well even with the clearance required. Also it is heavy so have help when moving.

Works perfectly! Only been using it for a little over a month now but this thing cools my upstairs master bedroom like a champ! If you follow instructions regarding care and maintenance, you can't go wrong.

Works very well for the price even in a decently large and open window. Install was not bad. I highly recommend getting some weather stripping because it was not included but definitely needed for any gaps. Only goes down to 64 degrees. Also make sure to drain bi-weekly! :)

Works pretty well, managed to cool a big room. Just didn't like the fact that it was a portable one and not permanent one, so the hose and stuff was visible.

BTU works so well for a bedroom. I set it on 72 degrees and feels very cool! It helps the exterior heat of 90 degrees or higher! Has a lot of power!
