Best portable AC i have had so far! It was able to cool my room quickly, it was easy to use and best part is no need to empty the water. I had a whole water pump hose set up on my last one and it was a mess. This one is described as advertised! Very happy with this product and i also didn't get it because I didn't think it was going to be great. So glad i was wrong. Great product!

Not super loud. Cools the room quickly. Remote is easy to use. Reasonable product for price.

This portable air conditioner is a "must have" if your upstairs bedroom is hot like ours. We actually bought two of these. My son's bedroom is 11 x 11 ft, and it works great. Our master bedroom is larger 18 x 14 with vaulted ceilings, so it takes a lot longer to cool the room, but once cooled, it is great. Seriously, you have to get one of these if your can't sleep at night because it is too hot. Also, in the long run, it may save wear-and-tear on your central air because you don't have to crank it as much at night.

Good product. Cools the room and makes it comfortable. Only bad thing is that when it rains water comes through the exhaust tube that is put out of the window

This 60lbs unit does a lot of work and it’s amazing. I bought this because my central air was out and it has not disappointed. There are only two faults that I’m not a fan of. The first being the noise level. It’s not the worst but it’s still a loud sound, especially if you have it in a room you’re sleeping in. The second is the window attachment. The extra pieces to help attach to the window are not the same size as the main piece (that holds the hose) and I needed tape to fill in the gaps. Besides those two inconveniences, I really like this unit.

Honestly, this is a decent unit for its price. It takes a bit longer than i'd like to cool the room in a meaningful way but once it cools down this baby maintains. The bigger issue has little to do with this unit and more to do with these portable units in gerneral. If you have any other means to find cooling, avoid these at all costs. My roommate and I have two of them and running these for hours a day during the hottest peaks of summer is going to cost you. Find another way or get a place with central air because these products are just not sustainable for more than a bedroom.

The family is enjoying the portable air conditioner it works very well. It’s a bit loud but after a while you don’t here it.

Owned this AC unit for a little less than 2 years. Worked great the first year of use. Always cleaned the filter and made sure it was set up per the user manual. Summer 2025 comes around and I set it up just like I always do every summer but noticed it was not cooling as well as it used. Also noticed the condensation tray would get full of water and have to be emptied every other day (normally the tray takes over a month of use to fill up). I cleaned the filter once again and it was clean and free of dust, emptied the water tray etc but the problem persists to the point it doesn't cool at all and shuts off. I live in the PNW so we really only use it for 3 months out of the year (July, August, September) Pretty disappointed in GE for making such a poor product. $400+ down the drain and their warranty only covers it for 1 year so I'm out of luck. I recommend you look at LG/Samsung or other more reliable manufacturers. This unit saw less than 6 months of actual real world use before it stopped cooling all together.
