Love it, keeps my room perfect. It is loud, but it’s a “white noise” that helps me sleep

Should’ve bought this sooner what a relief! Helps me sleep soundly during hot summer nights.

Get the house cooled and comforting during those 100 degree plus temps we had in Illinois.

A great product and works well. Only issue is that it doesn’t come with the weather stripping for the window.

I love my new air conditioner. It’s small but yet powerful. If I could give it a 10 star I would!

It takes a long time to cool the 15x15 Ft room - a lot of heat is generated from the exhaust pipe. The instructions on installing the exhaust/window kit are almost useless. Furthermore, the window kit that comes with this is only for very large or casement windows - nowhere is this indicated, in the advertisement, on the package, in the manual. I would think that this feature would be an important point to state, as it is a crucial part of the installation! Though GE was polite, they would not give me a smaller replacement kit, and told me that I should return the appliance to the store. A big inconvenience to the buyer for what would be a small issue for them. Very disappointed.

Works perfectly and no worries of it falling from the window

Directions were a little confusing but we figured it out - pretty intuitively. It works very well for cooling down a space, i also love the fan aspect for noise and a little less cooling.

Cools the entire downstairs in the hottest summer EVER! This is definitely with the money.

Nice compact portable AC. Highlights: Cools quickly. Relatively low operating noise. Compressor kicks on right away. Nice built in remote holder. No more, has anyone seen the remote question. Easy to roll around. Easy setup. Easy to operate. Window adapter has quick adjustments. Kind of like bike wheel quick releases. Not so highlights. Window adapter leaves gaps. Wish it came with a hose and bucket or sort to empty condensation out with. So today was a hot day in southern California. Outside temp was near 90 degrees. Inside my WFH upstairs bedroom it reached 79 degrees. Turning this unit on dropped the temp down my 2 degrees in a few minutes. I coupled it with the ceiling fan and I was nice and comfy again. No sweating bullets while on my zoom or MS Teams calls. The coils have not frozen over yet even after prolonged use so that is good. I did not test the dehumidifier because Southern California is already dry and barely any moisture to remove. I would recommend this product. I can't give it 5 stars but almost 5 stars for it's intended use and highlights outweigh the not so highlights.

This ac unit is a bit noisy, but gets the job done

Had it for 3 days now and I love this AC, this definitely improved the air quality and temperature of my room which usually felt like a sauna during the spring time alone. Easy installation and I also love the fact you don’t have to empty the water much since has auto evaporation technology.

It’s excellent! When it’s a super hot day, it’s make the room cold in a 1-8 minutes.

Extremely minimal use and unit is in like new condition. Cooling function is not reducing temps for a 12 x 12 room. There is no issues with dirt in any of the screens and the compressor is on, the air coming out is not cold at all. The vent tube is also clear. Will call best busy to see if anything can be done. I would stay away

I bought this GE portable air conditioner to keep my kitchen cool. It's really doing the job in this 93 degree weather. And it's not too noisy.

We’ve only had one hot day since we bought the air conditioner. But on that day it worked great. I know we’ll be using it a lot this summer.
