I expected 350sqft/ 10,000 BTU to cool my living room however this barely do anything I think mybe there is a clog or something stuck inside IDK it was too hot to send back!! anywho I only use the ac on dry mode. When I drain the pan lil to no water comes out.

Stopped cooling in less than one year. Unreliable!

This has helped me sleep so much better. I am hot all the time and this allows my family to be warm throughout the house but I get to be comfortable and cold at night!

This unit puts out some great AC. Kept our travel trailer cool during the wave in Oregon. This unit kept the rooms pretty cool in our travel trailer. Not bad for a portable unit.

This is an excellent Air conditioner. Our room is big (More than 350 sq.ft) It cools within a short time. Powerful device. I am happy with the product.

Bought this portable air conditioner. It worked fine, I guess. However, the tube part that connects to the actual unit is broken. So unless the part is replaced, the unit is basically useless. Best Buy's unimpressive return policy means I am stuck with this nearly $500, 80 lb piece of junk. I only used this thing for one month. Not yet sure if there is any warranty on this product. Would not recommend. PS- trying to upload photos but the website does not specify what formats it can load.

Amazing! Cools down my master bedroom very quickly! The transition from the ac vs fan is quiet too. 10/10 would recommend. It was also extremely easy to install

Great AC but not as strong as we needed since we have a skylight abs high ceilings. Probably should have bought one level up! Great product anyhow!

We bought this to keep the bedroom/ bathroom cool at night, and not have to run the whole house AC. We close the bedroom door and run this. It works great!!

Decrease the indoor temperature very quickly in a ~400 sqrt room.

Comes in handy in this heat, had it in the Living room and then took it to my toom, comoletwly cools off my room, was doing ok in the living and dining room

Great product. Had an ac unit go out and got this and it cooled a 1300sf house. We did have ceiling fans running to distribute the cool air

This air conditioner performed well to cool a large bedroom after Hurricane IDA. It draws less than 10 amps, so my generator handled it nicely.

the unit was ok it did not work as well as the best buy brand one so i retuned it and it was cheaper

Overall does the job for a two bedroom apartment. Only reason for the 4 stars is that you can’t really change the temperature in the fan or dry setting. Not very noisy love that it has a timer setting.

I had high hopes considering it is a GE, I have only had it for less than 2 months, used it maybe 8 times and it started making a really loud noise like the fan is broken inside. Unfortunately I can’t return it anymore, good thing I have the protection plan but even with that I don’t see this lasting me long. Really feel bad for those that didn’t purchase the protection plan. I don’t recommend it!

This portable cools down a large 25 X20 room and keeps it cool. I would recommend this unit for anyone that needs portable a/c
