These units work very well for us and we like it cold and one of these for four years and it went out. Didn’t but the Best Buy warranty then. I have it now for both units 4 years of cool service!

It works very well, simple and easy to install. Fits easily in any room. Just a bit too noisy.

Cools very well. It is noisier than the average air conditioner. Easy to install and for the price it was a good choice. I purchased a GE as the company's products generally last a long time.

Bought becuase the A/C was out. It cooled a 95 degree room to 65 degrees in about an hour. Set up was a breeze. This is a tanked unit, so you fo have to drain the water tank ever so often

We bought this portable air conditioner and it works the best for our room. Like how it comes with a controller so you can turn on without having to get up or move to the unit.

I am mostly satisfied with this purchase. It was easy to “install”, directions were good. Window insert portion doesn’t fit as well as I’d like. Cools the room quickly. It is a little noisy, even with fan on low, but not unexpected. So far so good.

Works great! Cools down my whole master bedroom. Not too loud but you can definitely hear it. Easy to assemble. Only downside is if you have high windows. The tube isn’t very long.

Have been using this unit for over a month and it works well. Our central AC unit was on the fritz and we bought this to beat the summer heat while we waited patiently for our unit to be replaced. It far exceeded expectations. The only issue we ran into was our window is quite high and the hose length was just right. Unfortunately, that meant we could not move it too far from the window.

This unit does a great job cooling my sun room, very to set up and operate.

Solid portable AC with wheels at the bottom. Gets the room cool super quick and only need to turn it on a few times a night to keep the temperature. The size is perfect too.

Worth the money. When you dont want the bulky window unit hanging out your window, this is a great alternative. Cools a 20 x 15 room comfortably and the remote is an added bonus. The mobility an position options are also advantageous.

Cools a bonus room very well. The built in thermostat helps keep the room cool without the air conditioner running no stop. Easy install.

Listen linda! If you are reading this just buy this and save your money! Dont buy the other big name brands because I did and I returned 2 of the 3. I purchased 3 portable a/c units on the same day, 1 lg brand, 1 Frigidaire with all the same specs. Both the lg and frigidaire put out nothing compared to this Insignia! Will definitely take a second look at other products from Igsignia.

Very satisfied with this portable a/c. Kept my house cool all summer and is very easy to set up and move around. Definitely recommend!

Amazing and keeps a huge sq footage cold. Had it 2 years and it has been a work horse.

I bought this due to not having access to a shared thermostat with a neighboring office of elderly women who were always freezing to death, even in the dog days of July. It would be 78° in my office and I could not take it! So I bought this bad boy right here and it took the temperature down very quickly to a balmy 68° (which is what I set it to). Ohhh how splendid it felt! We weren’t allowed to have window unit air conditioners in our building, so this window-vented unit absolutely fit the bill!

Easy to install and configure. When our central air broke bought this as a back up. It was up to the task even tho the room is a big room.

This air conditioner is small and powerful! I've had it for a year and couldn't be happier! It cools off my room and keeps me cool at night. No complaints!
